Placements are not up to the mark, but infrastructure is quite good.
Placements: There is no placement for biotechnology in our college. Although other courses provide placement, about 60-80% of students are placed each year. Infosys, Reliance, etc., are top recruiters. Education is good in terms of both theory and practical. They provide educational tours after the 2nd year.
Infrastructure: There is a Wi-Fi connection in the library and in the hostel too. Different types of labs are present, like microbiology labs, plant tissue culture labs, etc. The library is well maintained with a variety of books. You can issue a book for 14 days. Classrooms have smart boards. Seminar rooms and smart rooms are also present.
Faculty: Yeah, teachers are well educated and qualified. They are helpful too. You can ask for doubts regarding any subject to the respected teachers. 75 percent attendance is also compulsory. Semester exams are not that tough; they are moderate. You can pass exams by studying before the exam. The passing CGPA is above 5.
Other: During the first month, Deekshaarambh takes place. There are extracurricular activities like sports, poster making, debate, blood camps, plantation, etc. A scholarship of 3000/- Rs is provided every month to the UG courses.

This department is progressing in our college.
Placements: As far as my knowledge, there have been no placements in this course for the past 4-5 years. But if the whole batch requests for the recruiting companies to Dean then some ways may appear. Krivco, and Kisan Pro are some of the examples of recruiting companies during the placements era. As I know, Rs. 10,000- Rs. 50,000 salary packages are common.
Infrastructure: Our department is continuing to improve its infrastructure and provide practical labs for Tissue culture, Microbiology, Molecular Biology, and some others. It also owns a library which remains closed maximum times but if possible it is a proper place to utilise the gap period. Unfortunately, there's no Wi-Fi or I haven't identified its Wi-Fi in the department. Classrooms are average, some have defective fans while some have defective benches. There is a smart classroom also but there's is no switch to the inverter or generator during power off. The quality of facilities in our hostel is better than expected. There's a proper eye on hygiene and taste of foods in the mess. The canteen contains very few listed items. Medical facilities are average as there is a dispensary and many students do not find the right option to choose it. Sports and games are also available such as table tennis, shotput, race, kho-kho, etc.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. However, students have to be clear about what they want to study today so that teachers can make a perfect interface with them. Their teaching quality is nice but most of them do not teach in depth. But if you ask for that, then they can. The course curriculum is relevant. Semester exams are not so tricky job. I ensure that if students attend the classes properly, then one night's study is enough to score well and without any cheating (It's tried and tested, so don't worry). The pass percentage is 6 CGPA for non-Bihar and 5.5 for Bihar students.
Other: I chose this course according to my interest in biotechnology topic which covers the way to become a scientist and can provide products and services for nature welfare. Required number of events are organised according to the occasion, and Biotech Meet is one of the fests organised every year. This college also provides a stage to participate in dance, music, and literary events in the way of your interest. It provides scholarships to Bihar as well as non-Bihar if their semester-wise CGPA is above 5.5 and 6 respectively. College campus is so peaceful and there is greenery that every urban-crowdy person dreamed of.

It is the best college for biotechnology.
Placements: Our college provides placements. There are 60 seats in the biotech but admitted students till the latest batch are around 40-45. After doing B.Tech, it is very rare to get higher packages. You have to select M.tech to get high salary packages. Our university provides placements on campus. The salary package offered is around 4 LPA - 5 LPA. Most of the students go for further higher studies. If you do the M.tech in the field of biotechnology, then the salary package will be around 40 LPA - 50 LPA. Recruiting drug companies like Sun Pharma, etc. There are internship programs for students throughout the course. Microsoft and Infosys visit our college for internships. After doing B.Tech biotechnology, you can go for research and Ph.D. Government jobs are available after B.Tech.
Infrastructure: The hostel building and college building are quite old constructed. The rooms are spacious. Classrooms are very spacious and have a seating capacity of 100 students. The mess and canteen is very good. Labs are available for every course. The equipment is old. Some equipmet is not functional.
Faculty: We have the best faculty members. They are qualified. They are always helpful and knowledgeable. The curriculum is vast and very relevant. It is the best for us to pursue higher studies in good subjects. Semester exams are average. You have to study your curriculum thoroughly to get good marks in exams.
Other: We will get the best campus life. This course provides more technical knowledge. I chose this course because of my interest in the biotechnology field. The campus regularly organises camps, tours, and events which are of fun and best for campus life.

Nothing more special other than the above-mentioned details.
Placements: About 60% of students are placed with a minimum package of INR 8 lacs. The students are trained in a way that makes them employable not only in agriculture but also in other sectors like banks, agri-business management, research, marketing, teaching, and many more. Recent selections of students were in companies such as Mother Dairy, Annapurna Finance, Satya Micro Capital, Pradaan, Reliance, and many more.
Infrastructure: Hostels are too good, and facilities are available. Proper medical facilities are there. Food quality in the mess and canteen is good, as is proper team management in the mess. The infrastructure of the department is nice; Wi-Fi is available; proper lab work is done; all chemicals and necessary items are available. A proper silent library for study is available; many books are available, and Wi-Fi is also available. The library system is totally good.
Faculty: Teachers are well educated and knowledgeable; they teach us in smart classrooms with projectors, and practical classes are also available in labs. The exams conducted in college are very strict. Four invigilators are going to hold exams, checking every student. The checking of the answer sheet also went properly. 55% is the passing percentage, 70% is attendance, and 70% is needed for scholarship holders.
Other: Extra activities are also available, like games, agri-fests, and many competitions. Kisan Mela was also held at our college for 3 days. Many events are organised, and the campus is good and beautiful.

Most concerning is the lack of placements.
Placements: One of the most concerning aspects is the lack of placement opportunities. There are no significant campus placement drives, and students are left to fend for themselves when it comes to finding internships or job opportunities. This is particularly frustrating for students pursuing professional courses like B. Teach, where placements are a critical factor.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is average at best. While some basic facilities are in place, many labs, classrooms, and hostels require significant upgrades. The equipment in labs is often outdated, and modern research tools are scarce, which is disappointing for technical programme like Biotechnology.
Faculty: The quality of professors is average. While a few faculty members are knowledgeable and approachable, many lack the enthusiasm or modern teaching methods necessary to inspire students. The curriculum is not well-aligned with current industry trends, leaving a gap between academic learning and practical application.

Faculty and outer infrastructure is good but not value for money .
Placements: There is no placement at all, The students after UG go for higher education through GATE or CAT to get post graduation from IIT. The course offers 1 year student ready programme in the last year for training under the experience scientist or professor.
Infrastructure: Library is best all Books, research paper, are available huge and well maintained reading area with Wi-Fi connection lab is also very good, chemical and equipments are available, hostel is average Food quality is okay but upto the mark and sometimes highly disappointing .
Faculty: Teachers and faculty is very cooperative and helpful, they are well qualified and knowledgeable, exams are depending on students dedication, the external exams are tough to moderate as internal exams are easy to moderate, The 95% students pass the semister exams.
Other: The faculty of core subjects are best Extracurricular activities like fest are frequently organised on occasions and research council meeting seminars .

There is a good environment for studying.
Placements: There is no campus selection at the undergraduate level. 70% of the students got internships every year. Most of the students got jobs or were selected for IIITs after completing their degrees. In 2018, five students were admitted to IITs. Students also get selected for IISC Bangalore.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is pretty good. There are a total of 5 labs, 3 lecture theaters, 2 U.G. class rooms, and 1 library. The mess is run by the students themselves, and the quality of the food is very good. There is one university dispensary, and near by is one Anumandaliya Govt. Hospital. There is one good playground. Cricket, football, volleyball, table tennis, and badminton facilities are available. There is one canteen. All types of snacks are available in this canteen. The timing for the canteen is 9am to 6pm
Faculty: The teaching quality is very good. There are very experienced teachers in every state of India. The semester exam is a little bit easy; you just have to attend most of the lectures. The pass percentage is 60%. There is a very good faculty; they teach very nicely and clear your doubts.
