My 2-year experience in College of Engineering, Trivandrum.

Faculty: The number of faculty members available in our college is sufficient. They are very submissive. 72% attendance is mandatory for every student to sit in the exam. The minimum marks required for every student to pass the exam are 60%. Almost 90% students pass the examination every year with good marks.

It's a good college for you.

Faculty: It is under APJ Abdul Kalam University. We have nice syllabus in which from first year onwards the core subject includes network theory. Now I am studying in semester. We have about 4 core subjects, and it offers a good time in 4th year and to do projects.

Review of College of Engineering, Trivandrum.

Faculty: Teachers are good and have proper knowledge about our topics. The syllabus is a little bit old, but now a new scheme has been installed for new students. The pass percentage is average because many have a lazy mindset and are not working properly. Semester exams may be difficult, but they may not be too difficult.

It is an excellent college known for outstanding placements and quality education.

Faculty: Educators are genuinely dedicated and actively participate in each class session. The majority of the faculty members consist of seasoned professionals with extensive experience. They are highly qualified and are always available to assist us. For the quality of teaching, I would rate 5 out of 5. The course curriculum is pertinent and applicable. Instructors provide excellent guidance and support us in achieving our objective.

Satisfied with my experience at CET, and students can get a good and knowledgeable experience here.

Faculty: Teachers are pretty knowledgeable and friendly most of the time. Some teachers are good at delivering the content. The course curriculum is relevant, and it covers main topics like operations management, finance, mechanical topics, quality control, etc. The pass percentage is good, and above 90% most of the time.

The average experience at CET.

Faculty: Teachers are qualified and knowledgeable but not very helpful. The teaching quality is average. It's all self-study; do not expect to be spoon-fed, even when it comes to labs and workshops. The curriculum is relevant. Semester exams are not difficult, and the pass percentage is high in the college.

I would recommend it to students if they are looking for placements.

Faculty: Although faculty members might seem underperforming and questionable. The majority of the faculty members are of a positive mindset. Rather than only depending on the course, it would be better to take additional courses as well to be ahead of the competition. Semester exams are not that bad. The course curriculum is basic, and it covers all the necessary and basic understanding first, and then moves on to the core subject and ideas. In-charge faculty members are overall better than other colleg...

Strong placements and great campus life at CET Trivandrum.

Faculty: Most teachers in civil department are qualified and helpful. They explain concepts clearly and guide us in projects and labs. The syllabus is relevant, covering both theory and practical topics useful in industry. Pass percentage is usually around 85-90%.

Satisfied with taking admission in this college.

Faculty: Faculty members are highly skilled, educated, and very supportive. The course curriculum is rated 8 out of 10. While it doesn't make us fully industry-ready on its own, students can become industry-ready by developing soft skills through the college. The semester exams are simple and quite easy to pass, with a pass percentage of more than 80%. Faculty members are well-experienced and supportive.

I am satisfied with college. It has a good atmosphere. There are good people around me.

Faculty: Teachers are qualified but many teachers don't know how to deliver the content to students. They struggle to deliver the content that they intend to deliver. The new syllabus is very good. 2 semesters are for internship so it will make them ready for industry. The difficulty level of the semester examinations is not very high. If we study well, we can easily pass exams.

The crowd and extracurricular activities are really good.

Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified, helpful, and experienced. The current curriculum is relevant, but I think it's better to improve your soft skills, and we do get enough time for that. To be honest, semester exams are manageable if you study seriously.

Good faculty, decent placements, and an active department culture.

Faculty: Faculty members in my department are brilliant, many with PhDs. The curriculum is a mix of core electrical subjects. The semester exams are moderately tough, especially in mathematics. Still, the pass percentage remains good for those who are consistent with their studies and internal assessments.

I am satisfied with it. It has good placements, good infrastructure, and facilities.

Faculty: Good faculty members are there in the college. Their experience is very helpful to us in building our careers. The course curriculum was changed in 2024 in the 1st and 2nd semesters, and I think it's relevant because I experienced it. The college is under Abdul Kalam Technical University. Overall, the curriculum is good. Exams are a little bit easy and not all exams.

Review of the College of Engineering, Trivandrum.

Faculty: Most of the faculty members teach fantastically and are really cool and easygoing. Some are strict in giving internal marks. They follow the internals as prescribed by KTU, and do not show any partiality. In the new 2024 scheme, the marking scheme has changed. Now, the marks are out of 100. 40 marks for the internals and 60 for the written exam. The pass mark for the written exam is 24, and students must get 50 out of 100 overall to pass the exam.

It is really good because of the fee structure.

Faculty: Faculty members of our college are good. They help students a lot. Faculty members are highly qualified and educated. The series of our college exams may be seen as tough. The toughness of exams varies from moderate to difficult. The department's faculty members are really strict.
