Good infrastructure, facilities, and faculty members. Good placements as of 2024 and 2025.

Placements: I am from the 2025 batch, Mechanical Engineering. I have completed my first semester here. I have communicated with a lot of seniors. As I have talked to them, from the Mechanical Engineering branch, more than 50 percent of students get placed from every batch. And for other branches like CSE and ECE, there are a good amount of placements too. The highest package is 40 LPA for the college.

Overall, CET is very much value for money with good placements and exposure.

Placements: Almost 60–70 percent of students get placed, with the lowest package of 1 LPA and the highest of almost 44 LPA. CET is considered to have good placements. The number of placements offered for CS is the highest, followed by EEE, and then ECE. The average package of CET is around 7-7.5 LPA.

A strong engineering programme with great campus life.

Placements: Many ECE students get placed in core or IT companies but average placement packages tend to be more modest. Around 5 LPA–6 LPA for those placed through regular placement drives (excluding high offers) in some years. CET offers excellent placement opportunities for ECE students, with a mix of high-paying core roles and strong IT placements. Students who build good technical skills and project experience often secure top offers.

The best college for average students.

Placements: Approximately 80% of the students are placed by this college. The highest package is around 40 LPA, and the lowest package is around 3 LPA. Here, most students are placed in 6 to 10 LPA. The top recruiters are TCS and Texas Instruments. Last year, 14 students were placed in Air India for 10 LPA. Around 90-98% students got internships from Wipro, TCS, IBM, ABB and Accenture. The top roles offered by the course are Software Developer, Data Scientist and Data Analyst.

The curriculum is old, but campus life is the best.

Placements: In 2025, already 40 to 50% of 4th-year students get placed with packages of about 10 to 20 LPA. The highest package is around 30+ LPA, and the lowest is 4 to 6 LPA. The average package for Computer Science is nearly 8–9 LPA. The top recruiting companies are TCS and Texas.
