It had good placements in 2019, good infrastructure and facilities, well-qualified teachers, etc.
Placements: A total of 70% of the students from our course got placed. The highest salary offered was Rs. 40,000 per month. Indian Piston Limited is the top recruiting company for our course. About 60% of the students got internships from our course in Indian Piston Limited. Top roles offered here are supervisor, mechanical engineer and fitter.
Infrastructure: Our department has decent facilities like classroom, labs and library, but doesn't have Wi-Fi facilities. The infrastructure was good. The quality of the hostel was good only, and the quality of the food available in the mess and canteen was above average. However, medical facilities and sports and games are also good in our department.
Faculty: Teachers here were very helpful in studies, and they know how to guide the students in the best way. They are very qualified and knowledgeable, and their teaching quality is also good. This course is relevant to the curriculum, and it makes the students industry-ready.
Other: I have chosen this course because I like the mechanical department. The best thing about our course is we can do more practicals than other courses, and I like to do practicals. There is no need to improve anything in our course. Events and fest organised here are good. The campus crowd is also good, and extracurricular activities conducted here are also good.

Review of CPCL Polytechnic College.
Placements: Students highly preferred Mechanical Engineering. The lowest course was Petrochemical. The top companies were TVS, Maruti Suzuki, and Royal Enfield. Internships were 100% guaranteed, jobs were confirmed, and students got good placements. Don’t worry about placements, this shows success.
Infrastructure: Facilities were very good. Smart education, Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, and library were very neat and good. The quality of food was neat and good. The medical facilities were good. Sports and games were available. Students were active and participated in all festivals.
Faculty: Teachers were kind, helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable, holding two or three degrees. Teachers were very strict but nice. The Chemistry teacher, the English teacher, the Physics teacher, the Maths teacher, and the Engineering Maths teacher were all very good and well-trained. Teachers were highly trained.
Other: I chose Mechanical Engineering because it was valuable and interesting. I improved my knowledge. Events, festivals, campground, connectivity, campus surroundings, college, and activities were excellent.
