Our college is the best for the M.A. in Economics course as it provides placements, seminars, etc.
Placements: About 60-65% of the students from our course got placed. Mainly the banking sector like ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank and some private companies like Wipro, Infosys, etc., visit our college for placements. Our college prepares students for further PhD and provides knowledge for competitive exams like IES, IAS, PCS, etc. They make us prepare for coming lecturers also.
Infrastructure: Facilities in our college are good. Seminar rooms are fully air-conditioned with smart classrooms and live projects. Our college provides different Wi-Fi for departments. Classrooms are well-cleaned and airy. Quality of the food served in the canteen is not good, and it is very costly.
Faculty: Our economics department is the best. Teachers in our college are very helpful, knowledgeable and advanced learning. Our college provides various practical examples and presentations for students. They are making us ready to step into a stage full of competitors to compete with competent knowledge and confidence.
Other: I have chosen this course because I want to do government job as economics is a vast subject which makes us fully aware of competing in the objective world of questions. Our course is also helpful for IAS and IES exam.

It is the best college in the city. Teaching and facilities are the best.
Placements: Our college was not good in terms of placement at my time. But now DAV college is City's No 1 college in term of placements. Companies like Wipro, Amazon, TCS, Paytm, Times of India, etc., visited the college for hiring students at good packages ranging from Rs. 18,000 to 40,000 per month. Many students got an internship opportunity. My younger brother also got the chance to do an internship in Times of India in last summer vacations.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good. Seminar rooms are equipped with the latest projectors. The campus is Wi-Fi enabled. Labs are available for everyone. The library is good, and the book bank facility is also provided to students. The hostel is fine as told by friends because I was not a hostler. The mess is clean. The college canteen is good and clean.
Faculty: Most of the teachers in our department were highly experienced and qualified. Most of them are authors. They are UGC qualified. They are always ready to help students, and with their help, I was able to secure a university position. Teaching is the same as any other college in the city as I studied in HMV and MGN college.
Other: Economics is a unique subject. I was interested in economics from starting my studies. So I opted for economics. Scholarships are provided to needy and deserving students.
