It is the worst college for masters.
Placements: I don't think students would have been placed from DAV college as none of the companies visits here for placements. Students only complete their B.Sc and M.Sc from here because it is easy. The college doesn't provide proper teaching and practice implementation. It is sad but true that colleges in Kanpur have such a reputation.
Infrastructure: It is one of the huge campuses in Asia, but there are no such useful facilities here. Still, Wi-Fi facility is not provided and it will not be provided too. Classrooms are the same as of all the colleges. Labs are of serious concern because they have limited stock as compared to the number of students.
Faculty: Teachers were not up to the mark since it is a government college. They do not care about teaching or completion of courses. Students have to study on their own for exams and somehow able to pass. I am very disappointed by the teachers as they don't have teaching knowledge.
Other: I chose this course because I want to become an assistant professor of chemistry.

Highly satisfied. I recommend others to take admission here.
Placements: The placement facility is not good enough. After completing the course, we are seeking for a job. Some of my friends moved to PhD, and some are doing B.Ed. I have done data science course at another institute and seeking for a job. But, the faculty members are very much supportive to us in the entire course.
Infrastructure: DAV College, Kanpur offers a variety of courses. It has a very big campus with awesome infrastructure. The labs are very big with multiple instruments to learn different things. The college has various departments of different fields like science, commerce and humanities.
Faculty: I have done M.Sc. Mathematics from here. This is a two-year programme divided into a number of modules, and each module is taught by an expert faculty of that module. They always welcome our queries and doubts and help us to solve it with their expert guidance.
Other: Various programs are held to gain hand full of knowledge. It also provided an opportunity to enhance my career.

It has the best facilities and infrastructure. You can gain the best knowledge here at low budget.
Placements: You will get placements in private companies. However, the knowledge you gain from here will be beneficial in competition studies because this college has faculty members for every separate topic. There are seperate departments, especially for M.Sc along with teachers and labs. Lots of specimen which will help in PhD programmes.
Infrastructure: Dayanand Anglo Vedic college is Asia's 2nd oldest college according to the infrastructure. There are old and huge buildings with an old specimen. Our college also has old and huge labs. There is a botanical garden, playgrounds, open areas for students, and many more things which make the college special.
Faculty: All the teachers here are PhD holders or pursuing a PhD, and every teacher has a PhD degree. They are well educated, and they all very supportive. They always share their books with students, which are not easily available in the market. Teachers and also HOD are helpful.
Other: Our college conducted tour, events, sports, and parties for us. It is a government college, so scholarships are easily available for students.

You should have passed a Bachelor's degree of 3 years duration under the 10+2+3 pattern from any recognized university. And have to give an entrance test conducted by CSJM University for the admission process.
