Good quality of education and upgrowing college with well-talented faculty members.
Placements: Balpande College of Pharmacy has good placement cells. Talented students get 100% full placement. In the batch of M.Pharm 2024, every student got placed with a good LPA of about 4 LPA as a starting package in companies like Cipla and Unicorn.
Infrastructure: Balpande College of Pharmacy in the Vidarbha region has good placements, well-equipped and high-technology labs. Each machine costs more than lakhs, such as a spray dryer, rota rotator spheronizer, and many more.
Faculty: College has a special cell that is known as an exam cell with a special staff allotted in that who solve every query related to the exam. They help students to clear doubts and other exam-related problems. We have now 40 teachers in our college who are currently doing Ph.D. and we have more than 15 faculty members who are Ph.D. holders. They have well-trained faculty and assistants.
Other: Balpande College goes through all the fests, like sports day and gathering event known as Sanskriti. Last year, our college conducted Urja, the largest program in Vidarbha. The chief guest who came to our college is Gaurav More, the Marathi comedy king. The college also participates in inter-college sports competitions and has been champion in volleyball for the past 3 years.

Point of all DBCOPIANs.
Placements: My batch consists of a total of 124 students. College provides internships in many pharmaceutical companies likeSnehal Pharma, Lupin, Oracity Life Sciences, etc. College also provides placement in various companies and industries. 70% of students got internships from college at various companies and the rest are for pharmacy shops.
Infrastructure: Labs and library are well-maintained in my college. Every book regarding my course is available in library. Campus includes sports grounds with various sports organized. Canteen is also good. Overall, everything is up to the mark.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful. Many teachers have pursued their studies in Ph.D. while some are pursuing. Course curriculum is relevant as it makes students industry-ready. If you are regularly attending lectures and practicals then there is no difficulty. Pass percentage is 50%.

It is a good college but quite costly.
Placements: In case of placements, about 30 percent of students get placed every year, and the average package is around 2 Lacs per annum to 2.5 Lacs per annum. In the case of internships, the same 30 to 40 percent of students get internships. Since I am not a pass-out student yet, I don't know much about the companies.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure and facilities are well-provided, with separate buildings for Diploma, degree, and Masters students. The classrooms are well-furnished with tables, and we have a separate library section. The campus is equipped with Wi-Fi, though the canteen is closed most of the time.
Faculty: The faculty of our college is highly qualified. They all have expertise in their respective fields and are very helpful, but they are also very strict at times. The faculty have commendable knowledge. This course does not fully prepare students for the industry; internships are necessary for that.
Other: I chose this course because I wanted to research the implementation of medicine.

My thoughts about my college .
Placements: The highest package is 6 Lacs per annum and the lowest is 3 Lacs per annum. Many companies come to recruit students from our college. All the students are required to do internship before passing out. The top roles offered were drug inspector, pharmacist, and marketing representative .
Infrastructure: Water cooler, parking, library, Wi-Fi, study rooms and all medical facilities are available for students. Our college also has a canteen. Hostel facilities are not available. The teachers are very helpful and very nice in nature. There are multiple programs and tours organized for the students.
Faculty: Yes, all the teachers are helpful and are well-educated. Most of them are Ph.D. holders in their subject. Yes, the course curriculum is relevant. There are 2 sessional exams conducted before the semester ends. The exams are difficult to pass but the teachers gives proper guidance, which help the students, get a fair idea of the exam and how to write and get good marks.
Other: It's interesting and it provides knowledge about medical field and medicine.

Satisfied with the college.
Placements: More than 50% students have been placed in various institutes and industries. Rest went for further education. The institute makes every student's placement sure or looks for their further education. For internships, students go to many institutes.
Infrastructure: Infra is very good. We have many labs for every subject. Library has various books. The institute has two courses, i.e. Diploma and degree. There is no hostel for students. Classrooms are very clean and big and have enough space.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful qualified and knowledgeable. They are curious about the unknown things in pharmacy. But they are quite helpful for placements. Their research work is very helpful for students. Various functions occur in a year.
