Decent college, with modern infrastructure. Recommended, but 24 years ahead of that now.
Placements: Back then, walk-ins were more famous than in-campus interviews, and with newer IT service companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, HCL spanning up everywhere and spreading their wings, most of us doing Information Technology courses or degrees got placed either through college or by themselves.
Infrastructure: The college had everything even back then, except for Wi-Fi, which hadn’t still become a norm since smartphones were only starting to sleep in. The infrastructure in classrooms and library, even though not being technologically advanced, was still ahead of their times.
Faculty: The college had a mixed pack of teachers, most of them knowledgeable. The course curriculum was relevant, though ours was the only year that had enrolled into a 4-year BCA course, called BIS (Hons.). Back then, or Bachelors of Information Systems (Hons.), affiliated to GGSIPU, Delhi. It was a very polished course, and made us industry ready.
Other: We had some events, the crowd was starting to become mobile-donned, though feature phones were more prevalent at that time, as phones made an entry in India around 2012–2023. Before that, you had to get them from the US, while Samsung was more prevalent or popular in India. We had industry visits, college tours, etc., and most of us liked our college, even if no one admitted that while being in college itself.

It is good because of the good faculty members and security.
Placements: I am from the BCA batch (2022-2025). No companies visited our college for placements. Not a single student from our course got placed through campus. Only 1 or 2 students managed to get internships on their own, and even those are not related to the course. The college has no active placement support or career guidance. Students prepare for jobs and interviews in different fields by themselves. The placement cell exists just on paper. There are no mock interviews, resume sessions, or job-oriented training.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure for the course is very poor. Wi-Fi is not accessible to students, and only teachers have the password. Labs are outdated, and practical sessions are hardly conducted properly. Classrooms are basic, and sometimes without proper fans or light. There is a library, but it is not properly maintained or accessible. There is no hostel facility in the college. The canteen is available, but the quality of food is average. Medical and sports facilities are barely functional, and most of the equipment is not maintained.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful and have similar qualifications. A few of them are quite knowledgeable. However, the course curriculum is not industry-relevant. It lacks practical exposure, real-time projects, and updated technologies. The teaching style is mostly theoretical. Semester exams are of a medium difficulty level and manageable, but they did not test real practical understanding. The pass percentage is high, but actual learning is low. The course does not make students industry-ready or confident for real-world jobs.
Other: The best thing is that teachers are good. There should be improvement in the course, projects should be uploaded, and placements or internships should be given.

College offers a clean campus and basic facilities.
Placements: DAV Institute of Management Faridabad offers solid placement support with 70-90 percent placement rates. Average package is around 2.5 LPA to 3 LPA. Top roles offered in analytics and software. Prominent recruiters include TCS Wipro Amazon IBM Honda and many more. Placement rate is quite good.
Infrastructure: The department offers well equipped classrooms high speed WiFi modern computer and science labs and access to a well stocked central library. Hostel facilities are decent with clean rooms basic amenities and 24X7 WiFi. The mess food is average but hygienic, and medical support is available on campus. Sports facilities include grounds for cricket, football, and indoor games, promoting a balanced campus life.
Faculty: Teachers are generally helpful, well-qualified, and knowledgeable in their subjects, with most holding advanced degrees. Course curriculum is more theoretical and suits academic needs but may not fully prepare students for industry roles. Semester exams are moderately difficult, with pass percentage ranging from 60% to 90%, depending on the program and batch.
Other: I chose this course due to a strong interest in the subject and its career potential in both core and emerging industries. The best aspects include a balanced mixture of theory and practical, supportive faculty members, and good lab infrastructure.

This is not a college to be able to get industry-level knowledge.
Placements: In my course, about 15% out of 130 students got placed. The range of packages offered in the course is this most people got 1.4 LPA and only one got 2.5 LPA, and he got 8 above CGPA. Local companies visit the area and no students get internships. Junior developer is the top role offered.
Infrastructure: There are 4 labs in college, 2 labs are well-maintained, and 2 are not mentioned. Most computers do not have a mouse and Wi-Fi is only in canteen. Library has books but they are all very old to be able to get updated knowledge. There is no hostel and canteen food is not good in taste and healthy.
Faculty: Teachers are not up to mark in their field of knowledge. They are decent in helping students, if they get in trouble with management. The teaching quality is average. Curriculum is not relevant to the market level. They are using old version of turboo C+ for students. The passing percentage is only 20.

Best college in Faridabad with excellence in teaching and fees structure.
Placements: If we talk about placement in my college, it is good, and the average package offered in my college is about 8-12 LPA. About 60% of the students got internships. Companies like Flipkart, IBM, Wipro, and many more top companies' placements are offered in our college.
Infrastructure: All the facilities and the infrastructure are good. Wi-Fi are available in our college, and labs are well and good for practical experience. In our college, we have classrooms with projectors and also have a library. Our classrooms are fully air-conditioned with comfortable sitting benches.
Faculty: Teachers are well-educated and have excellent knowledge in their field. Their teaching quality is good. They also provide practical knowledge about the course and subjects. Semester exams conducted by our college are not much harder. The pass percentage is 90%.
Other: I chose this course because of the growth in the digital and AI future. This course helps me in achieving good knowledge and experience to get my future job. Our college also conducts events and fests every year. Scholarships are also provided by our college. Extracurricular activities are also held in our college.

Dav institute of management.
Placements: Recruiting companies are TCS, Wipro, Sony, and Amazon. The highest salary package is 11 LPA, the lowest
is 1.8 LPA, and the average is 2.5 LPA. About 30%- 45% of students get internships. If students are unable
to get internships, the college provides them. The roles offered are data analyst and full -sack develops.
Infrastructure: Labs and classrooms are good as per the size of the college. WI-FI is available, but not accessible every time. We get free books from the library. I never eat food from the canteen. Medical facilities are available. I'm not
familiar with sports, but they must be present.
Faculty: Some teachers are highly educated. We have subjects like Java, computer graphic, and data structure. MCA
used to be a three-year programme, but it is now only two years long, with Two subjects combined into one. It is affiliated
with MDU Rohtak, so exams are neither very difficult nor very easy.
Other: Only students who are working currently join this college. They can attend classes if they are interested. Otherwise, there are no issues.

If you don't want to drop then, or if your parents are not allowing, better first convince them that managing college exams along with NEE
