It also includes managerial inputs in Hotel Accountancy, Food Safety & Quality, Human Resource Management, Facility Planning, Financial Management, Strategic Management, Tourism Marketing, and Tourism Management.

IHM Chandigarh provides financial assistance to candidates through the Central and State Scholarship schemes. Students, who need scholarship assistance can reach out to the respective Nodal Officers, Mrs. Baljeet Sandhu and Mr. Amit Kumar. Also, deserving students can apply for the Post Matric Scholarship under the National Scholarship Portal on the official website, www.scholarships.gov.in.

Yes, IHM Chandigarh does offer scholarships to BSc students on the basis of their academic achievements in Class 12, category, financial condition, etc. The scholarships are offered at the beginning of the course before joining or in between the semesters. Moreover, applicants can also get benefits from the central and state-based scholarships through registering themselves at the National Scholarship Portal.
The applicants must belong to the Economically Backward Class (EBC) of Chandigarh. They must be of General category other than SC, ST and OBC.
The annual family income of the candidates must not be more than INR 1 Lacs from all sources.
The candidates must be pursuing post-matriculation courses from any recognised institutions.
The applicants who after completing one stage of education like B.Com. are studying in the same stage such as B.Arch., are ineligible for the scholarship.
