Dr D. Y. Patil School of Design Organises a 24 Days Workshop on "Flaunt Your Style"

March 24, 2023:  We all want to use human quotient to make an effect, therefore flaunt your style. Although it is crucial, few people actually know how to make it happen organically. Here to help the kids comprehend the basics of "Style" quotient is Ms. Pallavi Kaushik, a pageant coach, image consultant, and soft skills trainer. Style does not only mean the power of dressing, the colour combination, the contrast or wearing dark-to-light, it’s also about personality, the in -and out of an individual. The first session started with cracking the ice and melting it to no shape (clear your thoughts to learn the basics of "Flaunt your Style" or, alternatively, flaunt your individuality).

One Altitude is defined by aptitude and attitude." Ninety percent of success is determined by attitude, while just ten percent is determined by talent. Unquestionably, one's personality is a synthesis of their inner and outer selves. Pallavi Kaushik also provided her thoughts on routine self-care. She has underlined the need of hygiene, personal grooming, and having a healthy body and mind to have a nice personality. Yoga, any sport, cardiovascular exercise, dance, or regular gym visits all contribute to a great personality, the speaker continued.

Dr. DY Patil School of Design Organises a Workshop on Design Thinking

March 24, 2023: Mr Vineet Raj Kapoor, Founder Director of SXILL and Chandigarh Design School led the two-day workshop on Design Thinking at DY Patil School of Design. Mr Kapoor provided detailed explanations of the procedure and anticipated results for each phase at the "Design Thinking" workshop held at Dr D. Y. Patil School of Design, one of the recognised institutions offering a Design programme. Design Thinking is a continuous process that starts with understanding the users, the issues they can encounter, and identifying the set of challenges. Then, it creates and innovates workable solutions, tests them to understand how well they work, and determines the user's capacity.

In the Design Thinking method, the team of persons have the flexibility to come up with excellent solutions, to go deeply into the issue areas, its causes and consequences, as well as unidentifiable regions, and to come up with creative answers to those. At the Dr D. Y. Patil School of Design, which offers specialisations in the fields of Product, Communication, Fashion Lifestyle and Boutique Management, Interior Design Styling and Practice, we think that Mr Vineet Raj Kapoor's workshop on Design Thinking will be an honour and a treat for our students. His ideas have been helpful for young minds who are interested in working in one or more industries to comprehend the term "Design Thinking," the process, and its significance in today's society.
