The college provides good value and it's worth it.
Placements: There are continuous internship opportunities available in this college; the eligibility criteria are not the barrier; there are continuous opportunities to learn; and many multinational companies come for campus interviews, so in short, good packages and good jobs are offered.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are good. Even the library, computer lab, and canteen are good, and the mess is clean and hygienic. Many other sports are also played. There is a football team, a cricket team, and even sports day is conducted. We can do many extracurricular activities, like join the committee .
Faculty: Teachers are well skilled and exams are a bit tough. All the teachers are kind enough and they coordinate with students in a good way. They even help you out if you have a problem. Exams are a bit difficult but if you study well, you can get good grades for sure.
Other: I chose this course because it covers all the topics in detail, like marketing and finance.

Good placements, lovely beautiful campus.
Placements: I'm in the 2nd year, the college does keep on offering internships and most of them did accept some of the worthy students for the same. So placement % is above average. No idea about the packages its all in 3rd year but in 2nd year we mostly get unpaid or stipend based. Top recruiters are mostly production houses, social media marketing companies etc. Top roles offered in our course were script writer, social media marketer, photographer, videographer, content writing etc.
Infrastructure: There Wi-Fi in the campus and labs, the media lab is beautiful, clean and well maintained. Classrooms also do have inter connectivity. Food available in the mess is delicious they give you different meals everyday which costs around 60 rs a meal. Canteen has various edibles to choose from. Medical facilities are available but they are in the hostels which is somewhat away from the main SK campus but it's great. Somaiya ranks the top most in the field of sports and it's famous for that.
Faculty: Teachers from our department are quite helpful, supportive, highly qualified and also have unique ways of teaching. The teaching quality is top class. The course does make the students industry ready completely as its not only theoretical but also very practical. The semester exams are pretty mediocre tough but it's necessary I feel. Pass percentage in our class is around 70-90%.
Other: I chose this course because I feel I have a good potential in this field, the best things about my course is that I get to learn about everything we even have subjects like law, accounts, event management etc. Which only have a little connection with the main subject. I think it would've been better if we had more assignments and lesser tests/exams. There's less extracurricular activities but there are usually fests and events organised for the students and even IVs. The crowd is nice.
