Faculty: Teachers are helpful and knowledgeable but the teaching quality is not up to mark. The syllabus is old and doesn't make students industry-ready. Less practicals are done to make students understand the physical labour. Semesters are easy. The pass percentage is above 4 CGPA.

Faculty: Teachers are well qualified and knowledgeable, and they also care about students a lot. They help us in our exam prep a lot; they are pure souls. They will clear your doubts 100 times if needed. Also, they will motivate you to take initiatives to organize seminars.

Also, students are sent for industry visits and internships for live experiences. Usually, the semester exams are held in a different college; they aren't usually held in the home center. DSMS is good for bachelor degree especially for hotel management guys. Bachelor degree of management is also good but the best part is there hotel management courses. Same go for faculty as well. Hotel management faculty are also better instead of management faculty. Campus is big and facilities are also better than other management college in Durgapur. Faculty: This college has the worst faculty. In our batch, we have only three teachers and among them only one of them is average. The others two don't even know what they teach. Every teacher prepares before teaching the students but these teachers assume themselves to be god like creatures and so as a result you will get the worst and wrong learning.
