A college with good infrastructure and academics but placements need more company diversity.

Placements: The percentage of students placed in my course is 70 percent, with good packages in well-known companies, and top recruiting companies include HDFC Bank, EY, Times of India, Societe Generale, etc., offering roles like management trainee, financial analyst, HR executive, sales manager, and customer relations, with the highest package at 10 LPA, the lowest at 4.25 LPA, and an average of 5.5 LPA, while 100 percent of students got internships in companies like EY, Ashok Leyland, Hilton, and Royal Enfield.

Infrastructure: There is a separate library for MBA students, easily accessible for reference and academics, classrooms are well-furnished with proper seating and atmosphere, hostels have good facilities with all basic necessities, labs are highly active with good internet connection, and students can access them anytime for research and project purposes.

Faculty: The teachers are highly knowledgeable about current trends in their domains and guide students on how to improve their skills, are easily approachable, teach concepts with real-life examples, and the curriculum is relevant to the current industry and updated periodically, making students aware of industry happenings; semesters are quite difficult with application-based questions, and the pass percentage is above 40 percent.

Other: I chose this course to improve my knowledge and skills according to industry needs so that I can be placed in a big company with a higher package, and I wish the duration of the internship could be increased to 3 months, so the department can give a 3-month internship for the final project to provide high corporate exposure and effective skill acquisition, while events are conducted periodically to showcase students’ other talents.

Highly supportive staff, good placements and quality infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: Almost everyone gets placed by the completion of the course. The highest package offered was around 14 Lacs per annum, and the lowest package would be around 3 to 4 Lacs per annum. Jaro Education, ey, Accenture, TCS, and HCL are the top companies. Almost everyone got an internship from my course. A few examples of the companies are Ti Cycle, Pick Your Rail, Hyundai Motors Ltd, etc.

Infrastructure: Our department has good facilities like wi-fi, air-conditioned rooms and smart education systems. The food served in the canteen is very good, and the quality will match our expectations. I am happy to share that the food justifies the amount we offer for it.

Faculty: Teachers were very helpful in improving our skills, personally and technically, which will be very useful for the placements in the college. The course curriculum is relevant. It makes the students ready for the working culture. The semester is a bit tough, and the pass percentage is about 50%.

Other: The best thing about my course is that I get to learn new things every day. I loved the outbound training and the international immersion programme. It was a lifetime experience.
