B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering - Batch of 2026
5.0
Our college is good for placements.
Placements: 40% of students get placed in our course. The highest package is 10 LPA, and the average package is 4 LPA. Companies such as Tech Mahindra, Infosys, HCL, and Wipro visit our campus for placements. Around 10% of students get internships. Roles offered include Developer, Quality Engineer, Prompt Engineer, Manual Tester, Software Development Engineer (SDE), SDE2, and Associate Engineer.
Infrastructure: The college has a good playground and bus facilities for all routes. The library has many reference books. If students are absent continuously for two or three days, the class in charge calls their parents and asks about the reason. The hostel facilities are good, and proper security is provided.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and well-experienced. Whenever we have doubts, they explain patiently to each student. The curriculum is relevant and helps make students industry-ready. It is not difficult to write the semester examinations because the college conducts mid-semester exams, which help students prepare well.

Roles offered are in software development and programming.
Infrastructure: A good library has many reference books available. Clean classrooms and Wi-Fi are available with high-speed data labs. All apparatus is available. The canteen food is good. The quality of food available is good. The medical facilities are available. Sports and games are available.
Faculty: Faculty members are knowledgeable. The teaching staff are very helpful to the students and they are available at any time to teach the class. The quality of teaching is very good. Semester exams in this college are not difficult. The percentage is good and the pass percentage is 75 percent.

Good tech exposure, fun crowd, and need an on-campus hostel.
Placements: I'm part of the current CSE batch, and although placements haven't started for us yet, seniors had about an 85% placement rate. Top recruiters include Tech Mahindra, Infosys, Deloitte, and Hexaware. There is a good mix of service-based and product-based companies. Internship opportunities are strong, especially through college tie-ups. Roles offered to seniors include app developer, support analyst, and QA engineer. We are encouraged to build portfolios and attend career prep sessions early on.
Infrastructure: The CSE block has upgraded systems and air-conditioned labs. Every floor has Wi-Fi routers and power backups. The IoT and cloud labs are especially good for project work. No hostel is a downside. Many of us commute daily or stay in nearby PGs. Canteen is hygienic but lacks variety. The library is peaceful and has a good digital collection. College bus service is reliable though.
Faculty: Faculty members are helpful and try to keep classes interactive. Some use case studies and live demos which help in understanding. Our course is aligned with current trends, including elective subjects in AI, cloud, and blockchain. Exams are fair and mostly concept-based. We are also asked to submit technical blogs and video demos for mini-projects.
Other: Considering the cost, the college offers a decent return. Placement support, lab access, and certification workshops make it worthwhile. The crowd is fun, lots of peer learning, and events like hackathons, cultural fests, and teach expose are regularly held. There's a robotics club and even a game dev team now.

Need better in terms of campus life and extracurricular activities.
Placements: The highest package was around 11 LPA, with the average being 4 LPA, and the lowest around 3.5 LPA. Wipro, Infosys, Cognizant, and Mindtree were the major recruiters. Some of our friends even got into product-based companies after college organized hackathon. Internships were offered to around 65% of students mostly in mid-level IT companies.
Infrastructure: The department has computer labs with internet, and each student gets access to a system during lab sessions. The classrooms are digital - friendly with projectors. I liked the tech-enabled seminar rooms and project rooms where we collaborated on our real-time projects.
Faculty: I've had a good experience with faculty members so far. The professors teaching subjects like Python, AI, and machine learning are very updated with real-world applications. We've also had guest lectures from industry professionals which added more clarity to theoretical topics.
Other: The college crowd is friendly, and there's a healthy mix of academic and extracurricular activities. The campus itself is not massive but neatly maintained, and there's always something happening. I used to take part in coding challenges and fests-great way to learn and make memories.

It is a good college, and I have great friends and memories.
Placements: The highest package reached was 12 LPA, and the average stayed around 3.8 LPA. The lowest package was 3.5 LPA, mostly for support or testing roles. The top recruiters for ECE were Infosys and Tech Mahindra. Some core companies from the electronics and embedded systems sector also visited.
Infrastructure: Our department labs were well-equipped. Wi-Fi was mostly stable and available across blocks. The library was decent with a digital library, plenty of technical books, and a good reading environment. Classrooms were neat, and most had projectors with proper ventilation. There was no hostel.
Faculty: Most faculty members were well-experienced and explained concepts in a very practical manner. I really appreciated that many of them encouraged us to take part in workshops. The curriculum was relevant and covered programming languages quite well.
Other: The curriculum was updated and included hands-on experience with tools like Python and TensorFlow. We even did global certification. Campus life was active, and I made some great friends there.

Decent college with great placements, but it needs more club activities.
Placements: B.Tech in CSE (Artificial Intelligence) from 2019-2023. Around 85% of students from our batch got placed. The highest package was 15 LPA, offered to a student placed in a product-based company. The average package was around 4.2 LPA, while the lowest was around 3.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies include Infosys, Wipro, Capgemini, and TCS. Ellenki has a centre of excellence by SAP, where experts from the industry conduct hands-on sessions. These training gave us exposure to real-time enterprise-level problems. The top roles offered include Software Developer, AI Analyst, and ML Engineer.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure for our course is pretty decent. We have Wi-Fi-enabled classrooms, a good central library with access to digital resources, and labs for programming, AI, and IoT. I really like the new seminar hall in the CSE block it's spacious and air-conditioned. Ellen doesn't have a hostel, so students from outside Hyderabad have to arrange PG or rentals nearby.
Faculty: Faculty in my department are supportive and knowledgeable. Most of our professors have M.Tech or Ph.D. qualifications, and they often share insights from competitive exams and placements apart from the syllabus. The curriculum is aligned with current industry trends and every year, we are introduced to a new emerging technology. We had CRT (Campus Recruitment Training) from the first year itself, and in the final year, we were encouraged to take up a global certification. I completed mine in AWS Cloud Practitioner, which added real value to my resume.
Other: I chose CSE-AI and ML because of my interest in coding and the future scope of the tech industry. Ellenki turned out to be a good decision overall. The fee structure is reasonable compared to other engineering colleges in Hyderabad, and we get CRT training from the first year, along with decent placement support. The campus has a calm vibe, and the crowd is chill and diverse. There are clubs like coding, design, and dance, and the annual tech fest is full of energy.

It's the memories of the life in the college.
Placements: 80% of students got placed. There will be a lot of companies present in your college in the year 2024. Many students are placed in companies like Accenture, Wipro, Capgemini, Google, Microsoft, Tech Mahindra, and Stelenties and Technology. All are normal roles like developed tester and reciter.
Infrastructure: The college is nice for middle-class people but they are a lot of rush in the college. Labs are not working properly in the college. There is no Wi-Fi for students in the college. There is no mess and they don't allow us to play games in the college, if we can they will scold us.
Faculty: There are not that much good teachers for the students. They don't know how to tell the classes but some teachers are good. They take care about us and remaining are worth less. They are the worst in my words as I say and this college is worst.
Other: I chose computer science and engineering at this college. Our college timing is 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

It is a fine college, and you can join here through EAMCET.
Placements: In our batch, nearly 75 members have been placed. Top recruiting companies are Wipro and Microsoft. Students in our senior batch have gotten a salary package of 14 LPA. The average salary package is 6 LPA to 5 LPA. Top roles are web designing, coding, script writing, etc.
Infrastructure: As the college belongs to the government, the facilities are limited when compared to other colleges. There is no hostel. The canteen is fine. Medical facilities are fine when compared to those at other colleges. Sports and games are quite good.
Faculty: In our college, faculty members are highly qualified and knowledgeable. They teach in a different way that we can easily understand. The course curriculum is relevant, and it makes students industry-ready. Exams are difficult as our college follows the syllabus of JNTUH. 40% is the pass percentage.
Other: I have an interest in this course, so I chose it. They should improve the ground. Everything else is fine.
