There are some points I would like to share about why CSE is good for LPU. Good Placement: LPU has a good placement record for CSE students. Every year more than 500+ companies including national and multinational companies visit LPU for placement. A few of them are Microsoft, Amazon, Adobe, etc. In which they are placed. The maximum package availed for CSE is 42 lacs. Per annum by Microsoft. Scholarships: LPU provides scholarships to bright students every year worth crore rupees to all the students based on their academics, extracurricular activities, and other factors. Faculty: All faculty members are well qualified from IITs, NITs, Iims, and top-ranked universities all over the world. Tie-ups: B.Tech in CSE has tie-ups with industries which helps students to explore themselves more in their field. Specializations: CSE students get many specializations while studying CSE to enhance their knowledge according to their interests such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Cloud Computing, Cyber Security, Data Science, etc. Apart from this, many opportunities and scholarships are there in LPU while studying for bright students in academics and extracurricular activities. I hope this helps
Thanks.

1. LPU has 600+ acres of campus in Punjab and more than 25000+ students study there among many countries.
2. A-one infrastructure- All the facilities are available on the campus. You no need to go outside in case of any need such as food, hospital, indoor/Outdoor sports stadium, etc.
3. Highly qualified faculty. Many specializations are provided by the CSE department such as AI, ML, Cloud Computing, Data Science, etc.
4. Every year more than 90% of students placed for the CSE branch in many MNCs such Amazon, Code Nation, Infineon, etc.
5. LPU provides many scholarships for bright and innovative students. The following rankings are achieved by LPU recently. Impact Ranking 2021: LPU is ahead of all the participating IITs and NITs
6. From Google to Microsoft to Apple, Computer Science students of LPU are working with hundreds of leading IT giants of the world. CSE/IT students secured salary package of up to Rs 42 LPA and placement opportunities from companies like Amazon, Adobe, Bosch Engineering, VMware, Cognizant Technology Solutions, Kony India, SAP Labs, Schneider Electric India, HP India, LG Soft India, ITC Infotech, Capgemini, Tech Mahindra, KPIT, Morgan Stanley, Drishti Soft Solutions, etc. In 2019, Tanya Arora from B.Tech CSE got 42 LPA from Microsoft. LPU has collaborated with top companies for providing its students with industry immersion like Google, Microsoft, CISCO, Intel, Texas Instruments, Tech Mahindra, DELLEMC, BOSCH, VM WAREIT Academy, Cadence, Safeducate, WileyNXT, Hughes, Autodesk, Glass Academy, Semiconductors Laboratory, CTR, NSE, SMUR AGRO, UPGRADE, NITTTR, Informatica, PRSC, ICAI, CompTIA, PEGA Systems USA, Automation Anywhere, ASSOCHAM GEM. Although you need to appear and qualify in the LPU NEST entrance exam to take Admission if you will score good marks then you are able to get maximum scholarship benefit.
