Faculty of Engineering and Technology, Manav Rachana International Institute for Research and Studies accepts various entrance tests for admission to both undergraduate and postgraduate courses. 

The institute conducts its own entrance test MRNAT (Manav Rachana National Aptitude Test) and accept other entrance test like JEE-Mains, SAT, and CUET together with this students must qualify for their 10+2 exams.

For the M.Tech program, GATE or MRNAT score accepted together with students have secured min. 55% in their B.E/B.Tech degree from a recognised university.

As per the handbook of MRIIRS, the SGPA is calculated by the weighted average of Grade Points of all the letter grades received by the students for all the course units enrolled in the semester. SGPA = Sum of Credits*Grade/ Sum of Credits. The CGPA is the average of SGPAs obtained by the students in each semester till the day of calculation of CGPA. CGPA = Sum of SGPAs/ Number of semesters completed.

MRIIRS has 2 Campuses-Boys Hostel and 2 Campuses-Girls Hostel. Off-Campus hostels are also available for both boys and girls. The boys hostel have (2,3,4) sharing-basis hostel rooms with both AC/ Non-AC facilities. The hostel rent for 2023 ranges from Rs.60,500 to Rs.1,17,540 excluding mess and other charges. People's and my personal opinion on FET MRIIRS for B.Tech. is that it is a value for money college. Teachers are highly professional and course curriculum is updated with the latest advancement in the field. The way of making understand the concepts to students through PPT is best. Best teachers are present here. College has well connection with big MNCs and what I felt is our college can give 100% placement to students. The average package is INR 4,00,000 LPA and the highest is INR18,000,00 LPA. Our CRC department has best connection with experience. Overall, it was a best experience and they have everything what students want to get better in education whether it is good labs, library, sports arena, wifi etc.

Life at FET MRIIRS (Manav Rachna International Institute of Research and Studies) is quite enriching and fulfilling for all of the students. However, the experience may vary based on individual preferences, interests, and the campus culture at the institution. Campus life is very good it has many facilities such as basketball ground and proper trainer, also has a shooting area with proper training and highly trained professionals are there for your help and let you learn also there are much more other games to play (including indor). Life is also very busy because of strict follow of curiculumn of the University and courses. But college also organize various fests and events timely. Also the college campus is well connected to metro. There is also a good facility for canteen. Campus is well maintained and clean.
