The college has good faculty, healthy learning environment and a lovable uniform code.
Placements: TCS, Wipro, etc., came here. Many established/growing startups came here. Hightech Next Engineering Ltd., Debson Pumps, Polycab and many others came here. The placements are good but not high.
Infrastructure: The canteen is good with freshly prepared meals every day. A central college library is available with a good collection of books. Labs are moderately good past then. Now, they are well-developed. Medical facilities are decent, and the student is immediately rushed to the nearby hospital within 2 km from college in emergencies.
Faculty: The pass percentage is good. Some students get backlogs. Exams were a bit difficult due to the extremely strict invigilation. People were immediately suspended from exams if found doing malpractices. Our HOD was very student-friendly. He didn't interact with us like a head but like a common friend of ours. Moreover, all the HoDs were the same.
Other: An annual fest and sports tournaments are held. Wi-Fi is available. I chose EE because I was keen on learning it. It was my passion and interest. The course can be improved by allocating some more resources in labs. During our tenure, very few instruments were available. After the introduction of NPTEL, our college actively participated in various inter colleges and state contests.

It has the best faculty members, and the location is good. I am really happy with our college.
Placements: Until now, I am in 3rd year, but our seniors said that placements are good here. Very well known companies visit our college for placements and offer very decent starting salary packages. Some companies which visit here are Wipro, TCS and Voltas.
Infrastructure: There are best-in-class machines in our college. Everything which is needed is available here like DC motors and all the generators. There is also one bio lab even though it is an engineering college. Our college has a huge ground to play, and also two sports activity rooms and a cultural fest room.
Faculty: There are many passionate faculty members, and they also have good behaviour for understanding students. They are also interactive and are very good at their job, especially our HOD and our departmental teachers because I attend their classes. So, our department teachers are the best, and they are always with students in every difficult situation.
Other: Our college ground may be better.

If you are interested in studying, then it is a good college.
Placements: About 75% of the students from our course got placed. The average salary offered ranges between Rs. 18,000-35,000 per month. Top recruiting companies like TCS, Amazon, CTS, etc., visit our college for placements. Top roles like a manager, assistant manager, sales and team leader are offered to the students. I don't know about an internship offered to the students.
Infrastructure: Facilities available in our college are quite good. If you daily attend the class, then everything is right. If you do not attend the classes, then they will not give marks in the internal. I like to study in this college. Facilities like Wi-Fi, labs, library and everything available in the college is good. The college does not provide the hostel facility. The canteen sells food at a low price, and the quality of the food served is good. Sports facilities are also available.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are helpful. If you do not attend the classes daily, then they will not help you a lot. All the teachers are well-qualified. The course curriculum is relevant. Teachers teach us to work in the industry and how to work properly.
Other: I have chosen this course because I was always interested in electrical engineering. I wish the college should provide more practical classes. Tech fest and cultural fest are organised at our college. The campus is less crowded. You can come here by taking Auto from Garia. The campus is clean. Scholarships are also available.

There are good faculty, but few placement opportunities in core branch.
Placements: Placements are mainly provided in IT companies like Cognizant, Capgemini etc. Some sales companies, like ICONMA, Extramarks, also visited the campus for placements. Salary package offered ranges between 2.4 LPA to 6.6 LPA. Western Shipping was the only core company to visit the campus, and the salary offered was 1.5 Lacs per month. Around 40% of the students got placed from our course mostly in the non-core sector.
Infrastructure: The college has an attached primary school with it. Inside the college, there are a library, canteen, well-equipped labs. For electrical engineering, labs are pretty good with all the required machines and equipment available. The college doesn't have its own hostel, but PGs are available at low rates near the college.
Faculty: Faculty members of electrical engineering are very good in terms of knowledge and experience. They are qualified enough to teach at such a level. Even some lab assistants are engineer which shows the quality of faculty. Electrical Engineering is the leading branch of engineering, and it makes you ready for the on-field work.
Other: Electrical engineering is a core branch, but it allows you to work in different fields after completion. More emphasis should be on giving students first-hand knowledge about the industry rather than just teaching theories. Fest and sports are also conducted here.

Absolutely dissatisfied because of facilities. However, placements were good in 2018.
Placements: Around 80% of the students were placed from our senior batch. The salary offered was Rs. 18,000 per month. Companies like TCS, IBM, and Pinnacle, etc., visited our campus for placements. The roles offered to students are very good. The college provides the best education to students. Overall, FIT is an excellent college in Garia.
Infrastructure: The college provides free Wi-Fi facility, and the labs are excellent here. We also have good faculty members, and the quality of the classrooms is very good. The library is huge, and we have many books in our library. Medical facilities offered are good, but the college doesn't have its personal ambulance. The most important thing that I need to share is we don't have any principal for our college. Students play many sports on the campus. However, the campus is very dirty and unclean.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified and knowledgeable, but they make the students face many problems at times. The quality of their teaching is good. There are some rules like the students need to attend at least three out of 4 lectures that are conducted per week to attend our lab sessions.
Other: Events like the plantation, tech fest, and workshops, etc., are organised on the campus.
