Review of G.L. Bajaj Institute of Technology and Management.
Placements: More than 91% of students got placements. The highest salary package offered at our college is around 44 LPA. Students are placed in top positions. The minimum salary package offered is around 4 LPA, and the average is 6 LPA.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the campus is good. Almost every type of laboratory is available. Our college has Wi-Fi, a robotics lab, a library, and computer labs. It is coordinated with different institutes. The hostel facilities are not good. You have to bring your own pillow, mattress, etc.
Faculty: The course curriculum is based on AKTU. Our college offers multiple branches, including MBA, B.Arch, etc. Faculty members are well-educated. Some faculty members are friendly. They help you to figure out your problem.

GL Bajaj is the best placements offering college in Greater Noida.
Placements: Around 70% to 80% of the students get placed most of the time. The highest salary package offered is 30 LPA, and the average salary package offered is 4.5 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 3 LPA. Top recruiting companies for our course are Amazon, Tech, Mahindra and Tata Consultancy Services. Top roles offered in our course are software developers, programmers, web developers and database Administrator. Around 50% to 60% of the students got internships, and Lava and Bharat Electronic offer internships here.
Infrastructure: GL Bajaj campus contains well planned and comprehensive infrastructure. The campus has a well-developed library, workshops, laboratories, computer centre, auditorium and conference rooms. Lecture halls are not good because they look like lecture halls of a school. IOS lab is open all the time for students who are interested in coding. The best part of the hostel is it is located on the campus. The food served was average and not much tasty. Mess and canteen are open 24x7. Sports and games are not conducted much in GL Bajaj because it focuses only on the study. Medical facilities are also available, and it is open all weekdays.
Faculty: Teachers here are very helpful. Faculty members at GL bajaj are from academic and industry, so it offers a combination of diverse talents and high experience. They are highly committed to their profession and have high standards of ethics and moral values. The mission of the faculty members is the advancement of knowledge and its application to develop students' potential in a variety of learning environments and throughout their lives. They teach well and organise extra classes. To achieve the goals, we need a course curriculum which is sufficiently flexible to meet the aspirations of diverse students. For flexibility, the course curriculum needs to be huge. For students who want to be a master in the field, they need to learn in-depth. They know a little bit about what happens in the company. Organisations train students for 6 months, and then they become ready to work.
Other: B.Tech is one of the most popular courses and always have a scope in India. Students prefer this course to get a well-paid job after completing their professional degree course, and we do practicals more than theory. I wish that the theory syllabus in India should be improved as we are learning old concepts. The technical event is organised on our campus, and cultural event and sports event are also organised. AKTU offers scholarships also.
