Think about my comment. Really good infrastructure, facilities, etc.
Placements: The highest package is 9.0 LPA, and the lowest package is 2.8 LPA. 100% of students got internships from our course in Q-Spider. Rb Soft and some other companies are the top recruiters from this college. I don't know because I did not attend one of the placements in our college.
Infrastructure: In our college, the Wi-Fi network is very poor. In our computer labs, all the computers are old, and they do not work properly. Classrooms are above average. The hostel is better, but the quality of food available in the canteen is bad. Sports and games are good. Medical facilities are average.
Faculty: Some teachers are helpful and knowledgeable. Their teaching quality is better. The course curriculum is relevant. It makes the students halfway industry-ready. The difficulty of the semester exams in this college is average. 90% pass percentage. No more comment.
Other: After passing out of this college, the college authorities show a 1 to 3 year delay on the certificate to give to the student.

It's okay, but you can get better colleges.
Placements: Most likely, 50-60% students get placed. None of the companies is a very promising company. They are so low-level and such new and basic tier-level organisations. No top recruiting companies come to this college. No role is getting offered here.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is not impressive. Classrooms and labs are basic. Wi-Fi is slow and unreliable, especially in hostels. Hostel rooms are congested, and facilities are average. Mess food quality is acceptable, but repetitive. Sports and medical facilities are basic.
Faculty: Faculty quality is mixed. Some teachers are helpful, while others lack practical teaching skills. The curriculum is mostly theory-based and not fully industry-ready. Examination management is poor, and accounting-related work is also handled poorly. Semester exams are moderate, and the pass percentage is average.
Other: Campus life is average. The crowd is mixed. Events and fests happen, but are limited. Connectivity is decent, but overall campus facilities require improvement.

The college is not worth the money.
Placements: There is a minimum number of students who get placed with lower packages. Today, a minimum number of students get placed, and most of them with lower packages. Not because opportunities don't exist, but because students are not industry-ready. This is comfortable, but true. Many students spend three or four years chasing marks, certificates, or attendance, while completely ignoring skills. When placement season arrives, reality hits hard.
Infrastructure: Good infrastructure and some facilities are good. Good infrastructure and some facilities are available, but that alone does not guarantee student success or quality placements. Modern buildings, smart classrooms, Wi-Fi campuses, libraries, and labs create a supportive environment, but they are only tools. A tool is useless if no one knows how to use it properly.
Faculty: The teachers are not well-qualified. This directly affects the quality of education. Many lack strong subject knowledge, industry exposure, or effective teaching methods. Instead of explaining concepts clearly, they rely on outdated notes, written learning, or reading from slides. This leaves students confused, disengaged, and poorly prepared for real-world challenges.
Other: Good lifestyle in the hostel.

GIFT autonomous, not for placement.
Placements: Placement is below average in our college, so it’s better to try the offline campus placement. If you get a job through college placement, there is a separate charge applied to your course fee. Companies like Cognizant and TCS are also coming for placement, but few students are getting the job. Internships are also provided by companies like Qspider and other home-based IT companies.
Infrastructure: All the facilities are available for the course. There is a study tour in all the semesters, like industrial visits and historical place visits, and all the classrooms are good for studying. Wi-Fi is available in all the campus areas. Labs are also good for doing practicals. The library is a cool and safe place to study. All the magazines and study materials are also available. The canteen food is the worst thing in the college, not edible at all. Medical, gaming, and sports facilities are lesser.
Faculty: All our teachers are good at teaching, also very helpful and knowledgeable in their subjects, so the teaching quality is good. Semester exams are very strict, and you're not able to cheat in the exam because the checking is strict. You can't even take an electronic watch inside the exams. The pass percentage is 30% in all the subjects.
Other: I chose this course basically for my future job prospects because this generation is going through AI nowadays. Events are very few in our college. There is only a musical night happening in the whole year, and some Hollywood programs also happen. The crowd is very active nowadays because all the houses are connected to social media. Holi and Diwali are the festivals that are celebrated on campus.

College is not good for placement.
Placements: Placement is so bad in this college. There are no students placed in higher packages. All the recruitment companies are offering the lowest packages to freshers. Packages like 2 LPA to 4 LPA are offered by the companies. Top companies are cognizant, and Wipro.
Infrastructure: Good facilities are provided in the classroom. All the teaching instruments and Wi-Fi are present in the classroom. Labs are well designed, and all the lab components are present. The library is well designed, and all the magazines and study materials are available. The hostel is good for living and studying. Well built, but the cell in the hostel campus is very bad to stay there for 1 minutes so don't choose the hostel. Hostel food is good to eat, the food type is different for seven days. Medical facilities are available on campus. Sports and games are fewer.
Faculty: Faculty members are good to clear the concept and good in their teaching subjects and also very knowledgeable. All the teachers are very helpful and clear all your doubts. Semester exams are very tough. There is no way to cheat in the exam. 30 is the pass mark.
Other: Events and fests are very rare in our college. There is a Saturday night event happening every year in our college. Fest is also hosted by the university. Scholarship cell for all state students is there. Annual sports are hosted in December and January.

Not as expected, need to be better.
Placements: In GIFT College, placement is not good as expected but college tries to place all students in average packages. Students with 10 percent or below are getting good placement in companies like Cognizant, Wipro, TCS, and others with a good package like 8 LPA to 10 LPA. But others get low package job offers from industrial and manufacturing companies from Pune, Chennai, etc. So don't expect too much from this college. Internships are also offered by companies to us with a good stipend.
Infrastructure: College infrastructure is best two buildings, one is for academic and other is for canteen, hobby club, gym, and cafeteria. Classrooms are very big in size maximum for 80 students. AC and Wi-Fi are available in all classrooms but it has slow connection. Labs and libraries are also present in our college so all are good. So there are two hostels for boys because the numbers are high compared to girls in B.Tech, and one for girls. Hostel rooms are very good for living, and facilities like study table, Wi-Fi are available. Maximum 3 boys are allowed in a room. Canteen food is good to eat.
Faculty: All teachers are very helpful and knowledgeable. They are helping every student in their preparation for semester exams. All are having Ph.D. in their respective subjects. This course curriculum is relevant. It makes the students industry-ready. Semester exams are very hard at GIFT College. You have to study over the semester to score a passing mark. Pass mark is 30 in every subject.
Other: I chose this course to learning a lot about electronics knowledge so I joined a good company in the future. This course is good, no need to change it. Events are less organized in our college. One event is organized every year by students that is Saturday nights so not much drama, only study. Scholarship cell is also available for all states to apply for their scholarship.

No, you can not get into CSE/IT/ENTC in NIT/IIIT or GIFT with a CRL of 273071 and an OBC rank of 95501 in JEE Mains. You can check for other private colleges and state engineering colleges with other means.
