Overall, it is a great college for everything.
Placements: Placements depend upon the student's abilities and skills solely. The college faculty will help you to some extent. But everything depends upon your ability. NGOs also come here. Analyst roles are offered. You can do an internship in major companies.
Infrastructure: The food is really good in the hostel, but if you want more tasty food, there are many canteens within the college. We have Subway, Stilt, Bhimas, and many more. The hostel is spacious and great. We have a problem with water facilities, but it's negligible.
Faculty: The faculty members are literally awesome. If you have a real interest in the course, the faculty will help you with everything you need. Semester exams are difficult, but you can pass with a little effort. But it's not about the group you choose. You can learn many things in the college.

Q:   Is it good to pursue BA in English literature?
    ShikshaGPT says
    A:
Hi Balaji, Once graduated in B. A. (Hons.) English literature, you could do your M.A. or an MBA. There are several higher study options for meritorious graduates in English language and literature, such as journalism and mass communication; management; tourism administration; law; international relations; linguistics; communication management; film editing and direction; visual communication; and library and information science and forms of creative arts like drama and cinema. You can explore the option of doing some specialised post graduate courses for which graduation is needed in the field of media, multimedia, public relations, foreign languages, teaching, social work, finance, retail, design, hospitality, stocks, aviation etc. based on your interests and strengths. If you have a flair for writing, have good communication skills and a reading habit, journalism or mass communication is a good choice. You could also opt for academic careers like teaching and research and particularly training. English language training is a big and growing sector in India with jobs freelance and full-time options as an English language trainer or a voice and accent trainer. English can also help in being a part of call centres, TV, Radio, reporting and also in the advertising industry. You can also work in an embassy. I hope it helps. Please feel free to revert. Wish you luck.
