Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharma.) - Batch of 2026
3.6

Teachers are not helpful in this institute.
Placements: Approximately 30% of students got selected. The highest package is around 4 LPA to 5 LPA. Mankind, Sunpharma, and Mecloids are recruiting companies. Around 20% of students got internships in the healthcare department, so everything needs to be improved, and I think the college should pay more attention to infrastructure.
Infrastructure: Labs are good, but infrastructure needs maintenance. Washrooms need to be clean. Hostel is good, but it also needs to be upgraded. Initially, the food was good, but over time, management compromised with the food. Sports are good. College is old, so they made more buildings on the ground. I think it's not fair for sports.
Faculty: Most teachers have high knowledge skills, and they are well qualified. No student needs to go into the industry for further knowledge and experience. You need to score 50% in theory, as well as practical 25% in both exams. Both exams are held by AKTU, so it's not too easy but also not too hard.
Other: I chose B.Pharma because after COVID, the pharmaceutical industry has boomed. Faculty needs to be improved, infrastructure needs to be maintained. Rare events are organized by the college.

It is good for studies with well-qualified faculty members, good labs, and facilities.
Placements: About 90-95% of students get placed. The highest package is 5 LPA and the lowest package is 2.5 LPA. The top recruiting companies for our course are Wipro, HCL, TCS, Mahindra, Infosys, Axis Bank, Capgemini, Cipla, Cognizant, Coca-Cola, etc. Courses offered by the college are B.Tech (EC, EE, ME, CS AI/ML, IT, BT), B.Pharma, B.A.M.S., M.Tech, BBA, BCA, BFA and BVA.
Infrastructure: Facilities such as a library, computer labs, AI/ML labs, biotech labs, other department labs, AC classrooms (only for 1st year B.Tech), Wi-Fi connection, and canteen are available. Hostel facilities are good but the mess food is not good. It has an Ayurved Hospital. Our college also has a Goel Incubation Centre for start-ups.
Faculty: Faculty members are well-qualified with PhD. They are very knowledgeable. The teaching quality is very good. Semester exams are not very hard if we attend daily classes or lectures and follow what our teacher says. Results of this institute are very good and some students achieve ranking positions in AKTU.
Other: Here faculty members' teaching is very good with studies and results. Events are also organised such as Rhythm Divine, GITM Innovotex 360, rangoli, painting, essay, etc. Sports competitions also happen here. It has Goel Cricket Academy.

B.Tech. in Information Technology - Batch of 2026

3Placements4Infrastructure5Faculty4Crowd & Campus Life5Value for Money
Good infrastructure and decent placements with supportive faculty members.
Placements: Around 60% of IT students got placed through campus and pool drives. The highest package offered is 13 LPA. The average salary is 3.5 LPA to 4 LPA and the lowest salary is around 2 LPA. Major recruiters included TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Capgemini, HCL Technologies, and local IT firms. The placement cell is active and provides good support to students in terms of training and interview preparation. Most students also got internship opportunities during the pre-final year, which helped in gaining industry exposure and boosting confidence for final placements.
Infrastructure: IT department has well-equipped labs, high-speed Wi-Fi, smart classrooms, and a digital library. Hostels are decent with 24X7 water, electricity, and security. Mess food is average but hygienic. Medical aid is available, and sports facilities are good.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. Many use practical approaches in teaching. The curriculum is mostly relevant and covers industry-required topics, though some areas need updating. Semester exams are moderate in difficulty, and the pass percentage is around 85%-90%.
Other: I belong to the 2022-2026 batch of B.Tech in information technology. I chose this course because of my interest in coding and emerging technologies like AI and cybersecurity. The best part is the practical exposure through labs, coding events, and internships. However, I wish the curriculum was updated more frequently to keep pace with industry trends. College organizes vibrant technical and cultural fests such as Goel Carnival and TechFest. Campus crowd is diverse and friendly, with good connectivity and peaceful surroundings. Scholarships are available, and extracurricular activities like sports and hackathons support overall development.

Absolutely satisfied with the faculty and staff. The infrastructure is better.
Placements: The placements on our campus are excellent for skilled and talented students. Many companies visit our campus, such as Infosys, Technova Ltd., Capgemini, Accenture, and Coca-Cola, for campus placements involving faculty members. The roles available in biotechnology include biotechnologist, research analyst, sales, and management, among others.
Infrastructure: The hostels are well-equipped and offer good food in the hostel mess, ensuring better security and safety for students. The cafeteria serves quality meals. The Department of Biotechnology provides excellent vocational education.
Faculty: Faculty members are highly qualified and professional in their work. They impart the best academic and professional knowledge. The faculty is supportive and offers exceptional mentorship for students’ improvement. They guide us on the right path in both academic pursuits and life goals.
Other: Biotechnology is a highly demanded course in the future and the future needs a good biotechnologist.

Review of my college.
Placements: I am a first-year student as I see on the placement board, the average package offered by the HCL is 6 LPA to 8 LPA, and the percentage of students placed from this college is 70% to 80%. The highest package offered by company is up to 7 LPA or 8 LPA in BBA and the lowest is 3 LPA to 4 LPA. Top companies that give placement to students in BBA are HCLTech, TechMahindra, Startek, Cedcoss, Wipro, TCS, etc. In BBA Retail they offer internships to students after their 3rd or 4th semesters.
Infrastructure: Outer infrastructure is good no complaints, building and campus are so clean and green also, with lots of trees and parking space are available. Every department has different buildings, like pharmaceutical department and separate building for GIPS. Courses offered by LU come under GIHSM and GIHS. Ayurvedic department has its other building and engineering and courses offered by AKTU have their separate building. College also has its hospital on campus. Classrooms of our department feel suffocating in summer but have a lot of space. Washrooms are dirty and the water cooler area is also a little dirty.
Faculty: The faculty members are good, experienced, and hold Ph.D. degrees. The college has projectors and Wi-Fi. They pay attention to students and solve their problems. The courses offered by the college comes under the University of Lucknow, so the course will definitely makes students industry-ready. Semesters are taken as per the LU norms, and if students study well and pay attention in classes, they will definitely attain good marks.
Other: I chose BBA because it is a professional degree and it will help you to learn more about business analytics and business tools, enhances communication skills, and make yourself industry-ready. The course is good, and there is nothing to be changed because every semester has different and new subjects (These subjects have some parts of an MBA as well, so if you wish to pursue an MBA in the future, it will be useful in an MBA also). There is no freshers' party, and it is a good thing because college mainly focuses on studies. So, from my end, I liked this, but they will definitely organize a fest after the first semester and it's a good thing. Last year, they also organized the Dandiya Night event.

My college gave 100% placement to all children and also good placements in 2015.
Placements: All students have been placed on our campus. The average salary package offered is 4 LPA Over 100 companies visit our campus, including well-known names like HCL, IBM, and Webkul. These companies offer internships with an average stipend of Rs. 15,000. We have top recruiting companies for both B.Tech and B.Arch programs.
Infrastructure: My campus has Wi-Fi, computer labs, a canteen, a bank branch, and a large ground with ample parking. The facilities in the hostel are of good quality. The mess and canteen offer the best quality of food available. There is a hospital on campus, and the sports ground is quite large.
Faculty: Our teachers are very helpful, well-qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is excellent. The course curriculum is well-suited for me. Our teachers provide all the important information needed to prepare for joining any company or industry. If you attend classes regularly, you will find that nothing is difficult in the semester exams.
Other: Many events and sports activities are happening on my campus. We have a large auditorium where all the fresher parties and fests are held. One of the biggest events in my college is the Dandiya Night. The college also offers scholarships. I chose to pursue a B.Tech because there are good opportunities in the field of CS.
