Reasons behind choosing Gaurishankar.
Placements: Approximately 85% of students got placed in my course. About INR 2 lacs of annual package is offered in my course. I'm not sure what the companies' names are, but there are about 2-3 companies that recruit college students. Some students are placed in government companies, while others are placed in private companies.
Infrastructure: The college provided sufficient Wi-Fi networks to the students who needed them. There are a total of 5–6 labs in college with all the equipment and solutions needed for experiments. Classrooms are clean and big with digital. The library is full of books and notes. The restrooms are also clean.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and polite. All staff are MPharm holders, four teachers are Ph.D. holders and some are trying for Ph.D. Rules and regulations are very strict in college. Semester exams are quite difficult, but staff helps us overcome them.
Other: I choose this course because I want to help people by providing them with the best dedication. This is related to the patient's care and health. I want to add ayurvedic knowledge to this course.

Lacks industry exposure but is academically sound.
Placements: In my batch, no placements were given to students from the college. The majority of students found jobs on their own. There were no student placements that happened. Most students went for higher education, i.e., for post-graduation. The college made it compulsory for students to go for internships.
Infrastructure: The college had a very good Wi-Fi network across the campus. Labs were not up to the mark. Classrooms were big enough and had ventilation facilities. The library was also good, with an enough number of books and very good seating arrangements. The college had no hostel facilities. There were private hostels in a nearby village. The college also did not have a canteen on its campus. It gave opportunities for students to participate in various sports tournaments.
Faculty: Teachers were good and had excellent knowledge of the pharmacy field. They were very helpful towards students, helping in academic and extracurricular activities. Overall teaching quality was average, as the majority of faculty members were not well experienced. The college was under Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Technological University, Lonere, Raigad, which was the worst university in terms of conducting semester examinations. As their overall conduct regarding examinations was not good.
