College is very good.
Placements: In this college, placement is very poor. Without any backlog, students can be placed. Most of the placements are for electrical students. For placement, CGPA should be more than 6 out of 10. Companies that come for recruitment are Johnson Control, John Deere, Wipro, Torrent Power, and L&T.
Infrastructure: Classroom is very big and has comfortable tables for sitting. The library has lots of books related to various courses, and competitive exam books are also available. Wi-Fi is available in the library. In the hostel, no meals are available. Each room contains only two students, but medical facilities are not available. In front of the hostel, there is a big playground with a cricket pitch.
Faculty: Staff and teachers are very qualified, and most of the teachers are IIT passouts. The curriculum of each course makes students industry-ready. Semester exams are difficult, but for passing, combined marks are considered, i.e., MSE (30 marks) + ESE (60 marks) + Assignment and Attendance (10 marks). In the End Semester Exam, 40 marks are compulsory.

It's an average college, all good.
Placements: The placement of the college is average as it provides average placement to students. It also provides internships to the students. The highest package is a little bit average, but it's all good, and the college guides for placement and internship, and the faculty is supportive of that.
Infrastructure: The college provides a separate library, and there is a separate reading room for the self-study of the students. The hostel is the best at a minimum price. The infrastructure is also good, and it also provides a separate building for workshops for all branches. There is also a separate lab for all branches.
Faculty: The teachers are very supportive. They are very kind and also help to solve doubts. The exams conducted are strict, and no cheating is allowed. The teachers are taking lectures regularly and also provide PPT notes and study material, and the semester is a little bit difficult.
Other: I chose this course for a better career. The college also provides other extracurricular activities to build other skills.

Review of Government College of Engineering Jalgoan.
Placements: The placements in the college are not that good. Only 4 to 5 students in your batch (class of 60) get placed that too on campus and pool campus. The college tries to get more placement records but fails to do so. The students struggle a lot here to get placed in this college.
Infrastructure: The college provides all the facilities, which are Wi-Fi, a lab, a smart board, a library, and a reading hall, but the labs are not up to the mark, and every department has only one smart board while you get one projector in one classroom. Sometimes you may feel the lab equipment is not working well because it is too old. The hostels in the college are very good and are very affordable. The hostels are the best part of the college.
Faculty: The curriculum is very good every branch has a nice and relevant curriculum. The faculty here is very well experienced and holds very strong knowledge. The exams here are conducted in 2 terms, mid-semester and end-semester. The midterm consists of 30 marks and the endterm consists of 60 marks and the remaining 10 marks are for internal.
Other: The college is set up in a single building; all departments, academic blocks, offices, and labs are in the same building, which is of 2 floors.

I suggest that you not take admission to this college.
Placements: Only 30% of students were placed last year and the average package is only INR 3 LPA. No one got the internship from college. We have to do everything on our own during the internship process and even they did not give any holidays for internships or placements.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi didn't work at the hostel or in some areas of the college. There is only a small canteen, the food is very bad and the medical facilities are not there. The hostel takes charge of medical and does not provide medical facilities. It is the worst hostel I have ever stayed in.
Faculty: The teachers also didn't teach well. There is no industry visit; they do not take anywhere for an industry visit and did not give information. It is very difficult to pass the exam; only 10% students have it; the failing ratio is higher; and the paper checking is also very tough .
Other: Events are taken only by students; the college also did not support us.

Average performance of all good in 2022 batch they will give placement in IT Company.
Placements: I'm passing my course in June 2023 and my course is B.Tech in electronic and telecommunication. In my college placement is very low as compared with other colleges it is about 30 to 40 percent. The highest package is 7.5 and the lowest is 1.75 LPA. Torent, fuzzy electronic, netwin etc. 30% student get intern in netwin link company. Rele for trainee to junior manager.
Infrastructure: In college Wi-Fi is available and speed is according to year of student study. Last year student get high-speed. Labs is available but most computer are foulty. Classroom is not good bench is broken and damaged. In hostel mess quality is low and canteen is available but closed in 7pm. All games played but only cricket, volleyball, kabbadi ground available.
Faculty: Teacher is helpful but most are visiting low knowledge and teaching quality is 8 to 10. Yes this course is very good and teacher get ready students to work in industry. Very difficult to pass an semester they not give an 20 marks in ese most of student back in 1 year. 75% students get pass and 15% atkt.

It is a good college in terms of facilities, faculty members, infrastructure, and placements.
Placements: In our department, more than 95% of students were placed in the previous year with the highest salary package of 7 LPA offered by TCS. Many companies like TCS, Wipro, Capgemini, and Infosys offered an average salary package of 3.5 LPA. Other core branch students also get hired by many companies like Tata Motors, Torrent Power Limited, MSEDCL, HCL, Hexaware, etc., with a salary package of 3.5 to 7 LPA.
Infrastructure: All students are provided with high-speed Wi-Fi. Department labs are not well maintained and all the necessary equipment is not provided. Overall, classrooms and the campus are fine with other facilities like toilets, water, and 24X7 electricity. Purified drinking water is provided in all compartments of the building. There are separate reading rooms and seminar halls for various departments. There is one dedicated library with a book bank and an e-library facility. There are two hostels for boys and one for girls.
Faculty: It is a government and autonomous institute, so it has qualified and helpful faculty members. The course curriculum is not that good to make students industry-ready.
Other: To learn basic to advanced level concepts of core and software techniques in a supportive environment, you should take admission to this college. There is a huge event, Tech-Karvan. Other technical and cultural festivals are organised.

I was absolutely dissatisfied because of non cooperative student section faculty members.
Placements: There were no placements from our college. Students need to struggle on their own by visiting walk-in drives at other colleges. This college only took their photos of our offer letters for showing them on their website. In our 2014-2018 batch, 3 students got a salary of Rs.12000 per month which will give you in hand salary of Rs.9000 per month. It was terrible.
Infrastructure: Our college had poor infrastructure. There was a single building. Poor facilities were provided by our college. The playground was not good. The gym was not good at the hostel. Food was also not good. Poor quality Wi-Fi was provided at the college and hostel. Classrooms were poor and no projector was available.
Faculty: Faculty members of our college were not supportive. Schlorship student section faculty members were very poor and did not cooperate with students. They will waste your time and money on the documentation. They will not give all information at a time and work as per their own time and rules. There was a big difference in fee structure and facilities provided by the college.
Other: I selected this college because of the government and autonomous name only but I did not receive input from the college. I would not recommend joining this college because it is a waste of your time and money.

It provided good placements in 2021, and it is growing.
Placements: Placements from 2019 have seen a significant rise and companies have started visiting our college. The highest salary package offered is 7 LPA, and the average salary package offered is 4 LPA. Companies like Accenture, Capgemini, and TCS visit the college for placements. Our new TPO has shown immersed interest in placement activities, and I am positive about future outcomes.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is quite average here. It does not have a fancy campus. It has a simple infrastructure but has everything you will need for studying. The library is good. Classrooms and labs are well-maintained. A high-speed Wi-Fi facility is provided by the college to all the students.
Faculty: The curriculum is updated, and I find it helpful for industry applications. Senior teachers are helpful. They have experience of 20-25 years. They are helpful. Semester exams are mostly based on what the teacher teaches as the college is autonomous and the teacher sets the paper. So it is important to attend classes.
Other: I have chosen this course because it was my subject in 12th standard. I am familiar with semiconductors and their applications, so I did not get any difficulty passing the semesters till now. Events conducted in pre-lockdown are very good and enjoyable. The college conducts tech festivals and many events from February to March.
