Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharma.) - Batch of 2024
4.4

Best college of Karnataka to pursue pharmacy courses.
Placements: There are lot of opportunities provided by various Pharma companies and handsome packages are also given too. Other than getting jobs in Pharma companies we can also get government jobs such as drug controller and drug inspector by cracking the entrance exams.
Infrastructure: Best environment to build up our career. There is a hostel facility for both boys and girls separately. Good food has been provided. Along with studies many cultural activities and sports are also been conducted every year. It focuses on student's overall development.
Faculty: Very well qualified faculty is available to nurture us. Almost all the faculty available are Ph.D. holders. Along with the university exams teachers also helps students to crack many entrance exams like GPAT and NIPER. The way teaching provided will ensure that the student can survive well even at worse conditions.
Other: Since I was interested in medical field from my childhood itself, I have chosen this course. This course is very interesting and exciting.

M.Pharma. in Pharmacology - Batch of 2022

It is a pride to be a student of this college.
Placements: Almost 100% of the students got placed. M.Pharma seats are limited in any college and especially in government colleges. There were 8 students previously, and now it is increased to 15. All these students get placed in reputed organisations by the end of their curriculum. The highest salary package offered by Deloitte was 4.8 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was around 2.25 LPA. GCP students are placed in companies like IQvia as clinical data manager, Novo Nordisk as drug safety assistant, Syngene as research assistants, Labcorp, Cognizant, etc. Companies that have come here in the past are Iqvia, Syngene, etc. This year Micro Labs is also coming. Top roles in our course are clinical research associate, clinical data management, teaching, pharmacovigilance field, etc. GCP also offers PhD programs.
Infrastructure: The girls' hostel is new and will be open in the year 2022. It has state-of-the-art infrastructure, very beautiful libraries on each floor, good rooms, and mess food is also very good. The boys' hostel has been available for a long time which is also good. There is various specialised equipment in the college that the master's students have full access to. We have the freedom to make use of all the equipment like autoanalyser, hematology analyser, HPLC, UV spectrophotometer, soxhlet apparatus, tablet punching, coating machine, etc.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, but most of the work in masters has to be done by students only. We have seminars where we have to present the assigned topics in front of all the students and teachers too. Semester exams are as per the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences syllabus. Semester exams are fine, and 99%-100% is the pass percentage. The course curriculum definitely makes us ready for academics-related jobs, pharmacovigilance, clinical research, pre-clinical jobs, etc. We also learn animal handling and data management, literature search and review. In silicon, the software is also taught by some of the guides. We are also encouraged to upload our seminars on the YouTube platform so that everyone can utilize them.
Other: I have chosen this course because of my passion for pharmacology. It is a great course to pursue. The best thing about this course is we have broad career opportunities. It is a free campus with huge space in and around the college. The only time when the crowd can be expected is during diploma counseling. The main event of the year is the Felicitation Ceremony of the winners of the American Association of GCP. Every year, 2 students from each department get scholarships from the alumni association in America, which is a major encouragement to students.

I am proud and grateful to be a part of this college. It has a great infrastructure.
Placements: Our college basically gives admission to students who have 80% of marks and above in their previous courses. Our college provides job security, which I think is the best thing for students. Companies show interest in the college and its students. The top recruiting companies for the courses offered in our college are plenty which includes Cipla, AstraZeneca, Dr. Reddy's, etc. Almost every student in our college got their internships followed by better jobs every academic year until now. It is the best college for the courses of pharmacy education in Bangalore, Karnataka.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure includes high-quality equipment in the laboratory. Our college does the replacement of faulty equipment from time to time in the hostel and college. The hostel has a safe and best environment to study and concentrate on the courses. The food served is great in quality and quantity as it is managed by the warden. Top roles assigned to students in our college are the development of teaching, mentoring and good thinking ability at the right time.
Faculty: There are highly experienced faculty members in the college with a minimum of 15 years of experience in the teaching field. You get great guidance from the teachers and staff members when required. The courses offered and the development of required qualifications are made ready in college only before joining the industry.
Other: I chose this course because, in the present time, pharmacy and the medical field have greater importance in society. It helps me gain knowledge and service providing ability. Events and fests conducted here annually include respected personal presence who are the achievers of their goals, and they inspire.
