My college is good, I like it.
Placements: In my course, Bachelor of Arts, there are no placement offers. Placement offers are only for Bachelor of Vocabulary and Communication (hotel management, retail management, tourism, and hospitality), so I'll rate it 1 star, and I want our college to step up.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure for the department of Bachelor of Arts is not up to mark because firstly our college has been running since the 70s, so the building of the B.A. block is old, so I'll rate it 3 because it's not that good as we. I expected this from this college, but work has started. Our campus is always busy. We have a basketball field and volleyball court on our campus, and other than this, we have a boxing ring, and there are benches with a capacity of 200-300 students.
Faculty: Faculty and curriculum activities are good. We have many curriculum activities. Exams for my course are done twice, one mid-term of 15 marks, and the other main exams of 70 marks. For these exams, the question paper is made at the HPU and then sent to the colleges where they are held.

Centre of excellence: Sanjauli, Shimla. College review.
Placements: There are no placements in this college ever. My 2 elder siblings have studied and they also did not get any placement. Also, there are no internship programs. 0% of students will be placed. No companies visit the campus as there are no industries in Shimla.
Infrastructure: We have old classrooms which are decent enough for the traditional way of teaching. There are no smart boards for the first year. We have a library which is a good enough place to study. The college has a decent cafeteria where you can get meals and beverages. Also, there is a playground for basketball and volleyball. We have an indoor court.
Faculty: The academic curriculum and consistency of this college are very well. Teachers are good and highly qualified. Their teaching is great. The B.Com course has very practical subjects. Exams are held twice which are mid-terms and finals. They take place on a very regular date which is approachable.
Other: The college has a good curriculum. Activities and functions are organised regularly. There are a vast number of clubs here like NCC, NSS, etc. It's good for everything except it has no placements. But you can have a good college life which is peaceful and decently productive.

It is good in the budget. The college is good if we have a budget issue. It can give us great value.
Placements: There are no placements for BCA. One or two students get placed, as we trace the placement cell is not at all active, but still it is present. It has an active president every year, but it can get better. There is an active placement cell, but everyone forgets about it as it is never active. There is no placement season in our college. There is a selected president of the placement cell which do nothing and has zero qualification to be the president of such a big cell. Placements can be better. There is no company for recruitment, even for professional courses.
Infrastructure: Considering the topography of Sanjauli College, the infrastructure is okay, and it can get better. BCA classes can become better. A lot of instruction is already going on the campus. Overall, the campus infrastructure is good considering the facilities provided inside. My college looks very small from the outside, but all facilities are present there.
Faculty: Faculty members for B.A, B.Sc, and B.Com are great and unknown. One can beat them, but for professional courses like BCA and BBA, faculty members are not qualified and not good enough. They are good for all classes, but teachers who are on the contact piece and are old have zero knowledge of new technology. They do not believe what students are saying. They have their own traditional thoughts and believe in them. They have zero knowledge of the field, and they are not even qualified to beat teachers.

Moderately dissatisfied.
Placements: No placements are offered in this college. Companies don't visit for on campus placements. Only basic traditional courses are offered. No internships either. Students have to do things alone without college involvement. But college hosts multiple events for the benifits of students and make them aware.
Infrastructure: Very small campus without proper facilities. College canteen is very unhygienic and small. Food is fresh but not much great in taste. Very poor Wi-Fi facilities as it does not cover entire campus and is down most of the times. Smartboards are non functional in most classes, lacks medical facilities, library is very small and college lacks proper infrastructure for sports.
Faculty: Experienced, well qualified and friendly professors but lack motivation and seriousness. Only traditional courses are offered which doesn't makes students industry ready. And due to lack of staff students are not offered choices between subjects that are offered by the state university. Here we have annual system in B.Com which I like most about this college but annual system is not offered in all the courses.

I am totally satisfied with my college.
Placements: Students need to score more than 89% in their plus two class for admission in my course. The highest package of the placement is 34 lakh per annum, and 20 lakh per annum is the minimum package offered in my course. Approximately 70% of students are placed in higher package companies.
Infrastructure: The overall infrastructure of the college is fabulous for the science students. Every type of lab instrument is available there. For computer science students, a single computer is provided for each student. For commerce students, the infrastructure of their rooms is all awesome, and the hostel is also nearby the college.
Faculty: This college provides you with lots of facilities like Wi-Fi, a new collection of books in the library, and a playground to play your games. A big auditorium for joy and other important activities. Faculty provided by the government is also awesome. They always support you in your each activity, and the exams of the subjects are also easy. Preparation for them is very well.
Other: I am totally satisfied with the Center of Excellence Sanjauli College, Shimla. It is one of the best colleges in overall Himachal. Its infrastructure is literally awesome, and scholarships are also provided for the students who got more than 88% in their plus two boards. The campus is neat and clean, and the surrounding campus is peaceful and satisfying.

I'm dissatisfied because of poor infrastructure but the quality of teaching is excellent.
Placements: The overall placement rate is impressive, with around 90% of students from our batch securing jobs before graduation. The salary packages are competitive, with the highest salary package offered around 20 LPA for technical roles. The average salary package stood at 8 LPA-10 LPA. The college provides ample support during the recruitment process, offering mock interviews, aptitude tests, and grooming. Personally, I secured a role with a renowned consulting firm, which is an exciting opportunity.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is very bad. The benches are very old and cheap. The arts block is below average. College campus is very small and lacks the space to play games freely. Auditorium is average. Hostel facilities are good enough. Rooms are proper, and food is provided to students.
Faculty: Teachers are excellent and good at teaching. The quality of teaching is very impressive. Semester exams are easy because of teachers' good support to students. They work on each student. Course curriculum is very relevant it makes students industry-ready.
Other: Campus is small, and the crowd is at it's extreme level. I feel suffocated on campus. The quality of teaching and course made me to take admission in this college. My batch has 500 or more students.

As on date of the latest data Govt Degree College (GDC) Sanjauli has a placement rate of about 3% with only 2 out of 204 students placed, according to a Youth4Work analysis (university. youth4work. com).However, in the college's Annual Quality Assurance Report for the year 2020-21 it states that 25
