Life of a student in GEC Munger

Placements: 60 percent of students were placed in Government Engineering College,Munger-811201. Highest package is 6 LPA, lowest package is 2 LPA, average package is 3.5 LPA. Reliance infrastructure & HCC are the top companies. 40 percent students got internship from civil engineering in HCC.

Infrastructure: Top bpsc qualified faculty are here in civil engineering. Concrete lab ,highways and road lab, hydraulic lab are available here. Top speed internet available in computer lab is there so that you can access knowledge from world. Food quality is good in GEC Munger hostel. In sports, gec Munger's student hold title of kabaddi champion 2024. Bgmi ,free fire, fortnite, valorant tournament also held here.

Faculty: Teachers are quite helpful. They are bpsc qualified or pursued degree of M.tech from IIT college. College takes on industrial visit, conduct seminar, workshop, etc to make students industry ready. Exam are conducted every 6 months. Almost every student of gets excellent marks with pass rate of 90%.

Other: Lots of opportunities are available in civil engineering in Bihar, that's why i chose this course. Internship duration must increase in civil engineering. Fest happens in every six month, sports fest TARANG is also held in GRC Munger. If there is any program in auditorium lots of students come to attend the program. PMS scholarship is here too.

Our college is good engineering college for core branch in Bihar.

Placements: Multiple companies hire us. There is an option for the GATE exam which is the best option for the government and private sector. Companies of core branches hire through the DST program.

Infrastructure: Everything is more than expectations. Facilities are in progress.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, share their own experiences, and support students for all future opportunities. They are qualified with M. Tech. Semester exams are easy to clear if you complete your syllabus within time and before the exam. Most of them are assistant professors and permanent teachers are well qualified. Teachers are BPSC qualified. Exams are conducted on time.

Lots of college even government or private college are not gives placement.

Placements: Not so many students got internships and placements in our college. The fewest students can get their internship and placement. The company visit our college if our marks and behaviour are excellent. But we tried hard and harder to get an internship and then a placement.

Infrastructure: Our college's infrastructure is very good and the hostel is also very good. In college, We have a library with all books which have needed and labs which also help us to increase our knowledge. We have a mess which serves very good and hygienic food. We don't have a wi-fi system in our college. In our college also available all types of sports.

Faculty: In our college, All staffs are helpful and they are helps all students' problems. All are well qualified and did M tech. And few doing PhD in their subject. The principal sir is very good at all of the things he solved all types of problems. The course is relevant and it makes the students industry-ready. The exams are not difficult for us because the teacher teaches us so well and maximum students passed the exam.

Other: When I was 10 years old I decided to become an engineer because I liked to structure buildings and cars. I wish I would improve my course in design.

I am not satisfied because of its placements but provides good facilities and infrastructure.

Placements: The placements at this college are very low. This is a new college so, placements are there yet. Getting a good job after B.Tech depends on several factors. It also depends on students' skillset, their college, their performance, interests, their hobbies, and also their soft skills.

Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure are good. The classes are held regularly. It provides laboratories and libraries. Separate hostel facilities are provided for boys and girls on the campus. It has adequate high security and good discipline. Each room has an attached washroom. The students who are not staying with their parents shall reside in this college hostel as per college rules. The canteen of this college provides food also.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful with students. All the teachers are well trained, qualified, and knowledgeable. All the teachers teach from basics, and the way of teaching is good. This is a multi-faceted problem. First students have to assume that every student comes to the class equally prepared. Each student is the sum of their intellect combined with their previous course work and their experiences. Therefore, each student is an individual. If students will study daily it is not tough to pass semester exams. The pass percentage is 70-80%.

Other: As this is the most demanded courses in our state. Students will get to learn about how the bridges, houses, apartments, and many more are constructed. I like the simplicity of this course. Fests and events are held.

Nice college all the facilities in our college is very good.

Placements: Fewer students got placement in our college. Few companies visit in our college campus. Few students got internship in our college. Many companies visit our college if students got excellent marks and behaviour. If we work hard may be we got placement.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure and hostel of our college is very good. We have all the labs which helps to increase lots of knowledge. In our college we have library with all books needed. We have a canteen and mess which serves very good and hygienic food. We don't have Wi-Fi system in our college but in future will be installed. We have lots of sports equipment to play games.

Faculty: In our college all the facilities members and staffs are very helpful. The principal sir is very good and helpful to all students and he is very calm and cool. They all well qualified. The course is relevant and it helps students to be industry ready. In our college semester exam is difficult bul max students will passed.

Other: In those days aspirants are more and the job are few. Lots of college even government or private not giving placement. The fee is negligible compared to other colleges.
