Review of Government Engineering College, Palamu.

Placements: As you know, this is the new college that was started in 2022. Therefore, there are no records of the placement of the college. But it has been said by the principal that all the students will be sent to the BIT Sindri College for placement and from there all the students will get placed

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the hostel is good. The hostel fee is 9500 per year. There are separate hostels for girls and boys. The room is available with 3 beds, tables, 3 chairs, and 3 cupboards for 3 students. Water and electricity are available 24 hours a day. The Mess fee is 3900 per month. The quality of the meal is not too good as compared to the charge students pay.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful and very supportive. Teachers are well-qualified and knowledgeable. The teaching quality of the teachers is good. The teacher teaches the topic in an easy-to-understand way. Yes, semester exams are a little bit difficult.

Placements: There are 69 students placed in my course, which is Civil Engineering. The package details are not yet provided as we are new students. Recruiting companies are not available at the moment since the college is newly established. The internship process is currently ongoing in the college.

Infrastructure: At Government Engineering College Palamu, we have a large campus with well-equipped classrooms and a library. However, Wi-Fi is not yet available for students. The mess provides food that is good enough to eat. Medical facilities are provided, and we are allowed to play games.

Faculty: At Government Engineering College Palamu, the teachers are very well-qualified, and they provide us with good knowledge about the subjects. Yes, they make the students industry-ready. The semester exams are manageable, with questions coming from what the teachers have taught us.
