Absolutely satisfied with the college.
Placements: Around 30-40% of the students got placed. The highest package offered was 5 LPA, and the lowest package was 3 LPA. Local IT and start-up companies visit the college. Around 70-80% of the students got internships in the last two years. You have to get a job on your own. There were no placements last year, only 4-5 companies came here 2 years ago. You can get a lot of free time here.
Infrastructure: There is no proper infrastructure as the college is still under development. The government has given 80 Crores budget to develop the campus. The campus has a library. Wi-Fi and hostel facilities are not available on the campus. Government hostels are available 7-8 km away. No proper bus facilities are there.
Faculty: The faculty members are very good, as it is a government-owned college. VTU curriculum is followed here. Nobody cares about the students as it is a government-owned college. You have to study on your own. No placement offers are provided last year. We face transportation problems. One best thing here is that no fines are collected like in private colleges in Bangalore.
Other: A government-owned BCM hostel is available for free (not recommended as each room has 8-10 students), and one private hostel is available for Rs. 30,000 for 10 months.
