Candidate must have completed MBBS degree or provisional MBBS pass certificate which is recognized as per the provisions of the NMC Act, 2019 and the Post Graduate Medical Education Regulations, 2025 with the mentioned marks (40 including PWD of SC/ST/OBC) and 45 percentile for UR PWD) in NEET PG. Candidate should also possess a permanent or provisional registration certificate of MBBS qualification issued by the NMC/ the erstwhile Medical Council of India or State Medical Council. Candidate must have completed one year of internship or are likely to complete the internship on or before 15th August 2024 or having qualifications that are not recognized as per the NMC Act, 2019 and the repealed IMC Act, 1956.

Candidate must be a resident of UT of J&K or Ladakh as the case may be. Only such candidates shall be considered for admission for MD/MS/PG Diploma Courses who have qualified NEET PG 2024, held by National Board of Examinations and figure in the Provisional Merit List. The MCI/SMC registration is mandatory for NEET-PG 2024 qualifying candidates. Registration Certificate should be produced as per notice or as may be notified by the NBE. Candidate must have completed, by or before 15-08- 2024, satisfactorily one year preregistration compulsory rotator internship in a duly recognized institution as laid down by the University of Jammu/University of Kashmir for registration as a Medical graduate.
