The college has good teachers and facilities.
Placements: The roles typically offered are related to data entry, accounting, and management-related fields. The minimum package is 2 to 3 lakhs per annum. From my course, the college does not provide any internships. The roles offered in my course include accounting, economics, HR management, marketing, etc.
Infrastructure: Hostels are good, and the facilities for the mess are also good. Free Wi-Fi is provided to the students. The quality of food is good and healthy. Free Wi-Fi is given to the students. The college provides sports facilities, NCC, and NSS. Medical facilities are also provided.
Faculty: Teachers are qualified and helpful. Semester exam patterns are good as they contain moderate to difficult questions from the POV of students. It varies from person to person how he/she devote their time to studies. The teachers help students clear their doubts.
Other: The best thing about our course is that Punjab University provides additional courses for students' personal growth. Extracurricular activities, such as youth festivals, happen every year, which are also beneficial for your resume. The college gives everyone a chance to participate in various events and competitions.

Placement drives are there, and teachers are good and helping in nature.
Placements: Many of the students got placed. In the management line, they got their job. Bachelors of Commerce was my course, and most of the students in the course have their career in management only. Campus provides all facilities for one to appear and get the best out of the best.
Infrastructure: The course was taught nicely. And college is clean. The infrastructure of the college is well built, and no one in the hostel is of disrespectful nature. You can ask anyone for help. They are always there to help you. And mess food is also good so you won't feel like splitting it away.
Faculty: The way teachers teach and exams are being conducted are good. Anyone thinking about joining is making a good decision. Semester exams are conducted and are under the guidance of Punjab University. A well-known university in Punjab. One will have a great future studying here.
Other: There are many inter- and ultra-college-level fests going on in which interested parties can take part according to their will.

It is good and value for money.
Placements: Around 30% of students got placed on our campus. The highest package was Rs.60,000 per month, and the lowest package was around Rs.30,000 per month. Many Microsoft and other software companies visited our college for recruitment. They got junior-level placements from our college.
Infrastructure: Classrooms were quite airy and spacious. Wi-Fi was available in the library, which was full of journals, books, and magazines. Hostel facilities were also good, with tasty food in the mess. There was a sports room, a gym, and music rooms in the college.
Faculty: Faculty members were quite good. They were all Ph.D. professors. Their teaching style was quite good, and they were highly knowledgeable. The course curriculum was relevant. This course could make students industry-ready. The semester exams were not very hard.
Other: I was interested in business and commerce-related subjects. There was no need for any improvement, but if they had conducted social activities more often, it would have been better.

This college is good for studies, other activities, etc.
Placements: 60 or above students get placements.
We can do anything after this course because we have many options. We can work for many companies. We work under politics and we study also politics to achieve our goals, like someone who wants to become a lawyer, advocate, judge, etc. If somebody wants to become an offices but wants to clear an entrance exams like UPSC, etc.
Infrastructure: We have WiFi, labs, classrooms, and libraries. But Wi-Fi is not working; we haven't provided a lab by the college; they need to clean our classrooms, in which the walls are very dirty and students have written by a pen on the wall. The library is very good. The college wants to keep their hostels clean.
Faculty: Teaching quality of teachers is very good. Teachers are very knowledgeable. I think the pass percentage is 40%. The college teachers are very helpful about studies. The semester exams in this college are not difficult. The teachers prepare students for exams.
Other: This college doesn't do any fest. They do events, campus, extra activities, etc. They gave scholarships to SC and ST categories.

Really beautiful infrastructure and supportive faculty.
Placements: I'm doing B.Com. honours from Guru Gobind Singh College for women. There are 4 sections of B.Com. 60 students in each section. The highest placement in 2022 is 150+ students placed with banks and finance companies. Some students are placed in digital marketing roles with some other companies, some in teaching roles in institutes. There are fewer internship opportunities, but mostly full-time job opportunities provided by the college.
Infrastructure: The campus is beautiful, with nature all around and greenery, which provides a peaceful atmosphere for the students. Clean and well-maintained hostels are provided to students. However, I am a local student, so I'm not living in the hostel. All other facilities, like Wi-Fi-enabled campuses, computer labs, home science labs, musical classrooms, auditoriums, libraries, and gym facilities, are available with good infrastructure. The mess and canteen are well maintained, and the food is according to standards. Other curriculum activities, like NCC, NSS, the Red Ribbon Club, etc., are organised by the faculty. Different sessions on career orientation related to the courses are being held from time to time.
Faculty: The teachers have expertise in their subjects. Most of the faculty members of college have Ph.D.s and Masters in their subjects. The teaching methods are also appreciable. Practical subjects are being taught on board and smart boards, and theoretical subjects are being taught with the help of seminars, examples, and case-based learning. The course is relevant for students who are interested in commerce and accounts field or want to do some business, etc. The course curriculum is according to the panjab university guidelines, which is basically same for all the colleges under Panjab University Chandigarh. The course made students ready to start their career in management field or banking and finance field. Semester exams are moderate-to-difficult. Exams is conducted in a set pattern according to the course syllabus and taught in classroom. 33 percent is passing criteria for each subject; however, assessment and project work are considered while giving the overall result of the student.
Other: I chose the course because I want to pursue a CA and want to learn the basics of commerce and accounting. But there are a few irrelevant subjects in the TEB course that should be mitigated, but the best is the staff and faculty who make things easy and approachable. Each and every festival is celebrated with great pomp and show, and other events like freshmen parties, farewell parties are provided to the students, sports day events, and many more competitions and events are organised.

The main purpose of this review is to let other students know about the reality of the college.
Placements: 30% of students get placements through this college, and many of them come to the college according to their aggregate percentage and their activeness. There are also visits by highly-known companies for internship purposes. The highest packages are 2 lakhs and the lowest are 50k.
Infrastructure: The facilities provided by the college are good, but not all. The teaching facility is only good. The canteen contains only limited items; washrooms are not cleaned regularly; water facilities are a little bad, as sometimes there is no water in the shower; fans are not good; and there is no AC facility.
Faculty: The teachers are really qualified at this college, as they provide enough notes so we can prepare for our exams. Also, they prepare well for the students and many of the students get good marks in their finals. It is also not hard to clear the exams and the passing marks in the final semester are 33%.
Other: Being a women's college, the crowd is quite limited; there are mainly college students who visit the college for lectures, to enjoy and all that.
