Everything is average like library, course, infrastructure.

Placements: 100% of students got placed in my course. The highest salary is Rs. 30,000 per month. The lowest is Rs. 9,000 per month. Top recruiting companies are Marico, Subros, Cummins, etc. Almost 40% of students got internships in many private sectors. No one got government internships.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good. The campus is good and clean. Workers are clean. We don't get Wi-Fi. But we got labs and a library for the whole college. In 2022, there were no girls' hostels. Only a boys' hostel existed. Medical facilities are quite good like the first aid box.

Faculty: One thing to say is we have nice faculty members in our department. They are so humble and student-friendly. We have everything like great teaching and life saviour hacks. It is almost good. They are educated and qualified. Semester exams are quite tough but easy for those who are talented.

Other: I don't recommend this course for juniors. I chose this automobile course just because I wanted to do mechanical engineering. But I got low marks as I belong to the general caste. Automobile and mechanical have almost the same syllabus but in Assam state government, they do not recruit automobile diploma students for government jobs. They only take mechanical ones. Government sectors are none in Assam. Job opportunities are less. That's why I don't recommend this diploma.

Good Brand Value of the college in Assam.

Placements: My batch has 32 students and average salary of my branch is 20000 and top recruiters are automobile companies like tata, maruti. All of my batch mates got internship opportunities. To be qualified for apprenticeship at Oil India one has to got above 6 CGPA. And the roles offers in job market are in Automobile Production Engineer, Quality Control Inspector, Sales and Marketing etc.

Infrastructure: Since this college is the first college in Assam, the infrastructure is somewhat old type and some machines are not working properly as they got old. Classrooms are good with digital boards. Hostel is good neat and clean and several facilities are available. Food available in hostel is typical hostel type you would expect. Canteen is good.

Faculty: Teachers are good in our department. They are nice and helpful and have detailed knowledge regarding the topics and nicely helps in clarifying our doubts. Our Hod is from IIT. But the course curriculum is not up to date. And exams are pretty fine with 100 percent pass percentage.

Other: My course of study is not that good in delivering high paid jobs. Most of passing out batch students are either studying for B. Teach mechanical or doing jobs that are not high paying. I think the curriculum should be inoroved in the course I choose this course because I got no other course to study in this college. And also there are less events and fest happen in our college comparing to other colleges.
