Best college for commerce students.
Placements: Our professors encourage us to join the internship program. Many of our batchmates got placements in TCS and Bandhan Bank. We have separate WhatsApp groups in which our professors give us information about all the placements that are currently running in our college.
Infrastructure: We have a free Wi-Fi facility that gives us a 30 Mbps speed on average. Our college has two libraries. No hostel is available, but the college canteen is good. The washrooms for men and women are very newly renovated, and they're very clean and tidy. Every floor has its own separate water purifier, which gives us chilled water in the scorching heat of summer days.
Faculty: All the professors are very good and helpful. The office staff are also very helpful and good. Professors teach very well. The guidance and teaching are top of the line. If everyone there attended classes regularly, then barely anyone would need a private tutor. We got freshers when we got admitted. There are also many tournaments in which students can participate.
Other: There was no ragging on our college campus. Seniors are just like our big brother. They help us in every step. Overall, for commerce, the college is one of the best colleges in Kolkata.

Good college with value of certificate.
Placements: Very few people got placements, little bit politics. The average package was 1.2 LPA. Mainly call center job was there. But if you were lucky, you could get a job in private companies for business development, sales, and sometimes junior accountant.
Infrastructure: Our college provided Wi-Fi. Labs were good. Classrooms were big and very good. Library was also good but could have been better. There was no playground. No sports at least during my tenure. But culture program happened a few times. Canteen food was very tasty and affordable.
Faculty: Teachers were renowned and best. They were always here to help you. You will get a quality education. It's the best commerce course. It makes students ready for the industry if they study sincerely. College semester exams were set up by University of Calcutta. Paper was a little bit tough. But teachers were very good and you got quality education.

Absolutely satisfied with the facilities.
Placements: 40% of students are placed in my college. The highest package offered is 5 LPA, while the lowest is Rs. 25,000. The average package in my college varies. Top recruiting companies actively hire from our college. Around 30% of students from my course secure internships in top companies. Various top roles are offered.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi facility are available in my college. Classrooms are big and clean. There are two libraries in my college. The quality of canteen food is very good. Medical facilities are well-maintained. Sports and games are available in my college. We are lucky to have these facilities. Facilities are very good.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is very good. The course curriculum is relevant, preparing students for the industry-ready. The semester exams are very difficult, with a passing percentage of 40%.
Other: Scholarships are available.

Best college for commerce.
Placements: There are about 920 students in the B.Com. Hons course. The highest package is around 25 LPA. Several banks like ICICI and HDFC recruit students for job opportunities. Many of them get great internship chances in government-sponsored companies, etc. Heramba Chandra College is one of the best in Kolkata for commerce students, as it really looks upon the needs of students.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is quite good in our college. The college gives a Wi-Fi facility to students during college time. Classrooms are big. 150 students can join a lecture at a time there. There is a smart board in every class along with projectors and speakers. The library has a huge number of books starting from textbooks to story books. The medical facility is good enough. The sports and gaming section is active here.
Faculty: The teaching quality of the teachers is quite impressive. They are knowledgeable. Some of them write text books for our course. Rhe course makes students industry-ready. The exam question is neither hard nor easy. The pass percentage is very high in the college.
Other: I chose this particular course to get more opportunities later. I wish the syllabus become short in case as it is too lengthy.

Building your future at Heramba Chandra College: A student's guide to success.
Placements: 30-45% of students got placements. The highest package is 7 LPA. The lowest is 3 LPA. The average is around 5 to 10 LPA. Students who got internships are around 3-7%. Students who are studying our course can apply for teacher jobs and become professors in many other history fields.
Infrastructure: We have Wi-Fi in our college, but we have 2 libraries to use for studies. All books are available here. Our classrooms are very clean and good. In our college, food is available at a very low price so that everyone can afford it. Different sports are played.
Faculty: All teachers in our college help us a lot and explain to us well in our studies. They talk to us like friends and help us with whatever we need. Our semester exams are a bit difficult but with a little study, everyone can get good marks. The passing mark is 33%.
Other: The only reason I took history was because I wanted to know about history. After all, I wanted to know what happened in our history so I learned a lot. Our course is very good but questions are very big and difficult to read. It becomes difficult to complete the syllabus. Our college has all kinds of festivals like pujas, freshers, and events.

Infrastructure: My college provides free Wi-Fi across the whole campus, affordable food is available in the canteen, there is a girls' common room, 2 libraries in college, and a computer lab. Facilities are available. Every classroom has a projector and smart TV. The college campus is always clean, and every floor has a water purifier.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful. Their teaching techniques are so good, and every teacher gives notes and suggestions. The course curriculum makes the study industry-ready. The semester exam is hard, but if you study well, you can pass easily. The pass percentage is 25%.
Other: I'm a commerce student, so I was prepared for this course in early school days. Our college holds many events and fests. Scholarships are also available.
