Yes, Hindu College has separate hostel facilities for both girls and boys. However, during admission in 2020 and 2021, hostel facilities were temporarily unavailable due to the pandemic situation and social distancing norms. Candidates seeking admission from 2022 onward were, however, allowed to apply for the hostel. The hostel of Hindu College is located on the college campus and is within walking distance of all the academic and extracurricular facilities. With more than 200 rooms combined in the girls' and boys hostel, all the residential rooms are well-furnished and are fully air-conditioned. The closing cutoff for BSc (Hons) in Physics stood at 99.66% and for BSc (Hons) in Maths, it stood at 99% in 2021. However, starting 2022, the university and its affiliated colleges, such as Hindu stopped releasing the cutoff scores based on Class 12 scores obtained by the students. While the college accepts CUET UG exam for admission to its UG courses, such as BA, BSc and BCom, admission to all the postgraduate programmes is based on the scores obtained by students in the CUET- PG exam (starting admission 2023). The institute along with DU started accepting CUET UG from 2022 onward and the CUET PG from the 2023 session onward. Before this, admission to UG was subject to merit scores obtained by the students in Class 12 and PG admission was mostly subject to DUET exam previously conducted by DU. Starting 2022, Hindu College has stopped releasing the cutoff for BCom (Hons) and other UG courses publicly. Earlier, the institute, along with the University of Delhi used to release the cutoff scores for different category students across seven to eight cutoff lists.
