It's not worth salt in the modern world of AI.
Placements: There were no placements. In our batch, no companies visited the campus, nor were there many internship opportunities introduced. Our batch was a COVID-19 batch, but even in the next batches, no improvement was observed in terms of placements. They needed to have a placement cell.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure was outdated. The college building had not been refurbished for many years, and the quality of infrastructure was old. Toilets were the worst. There were no air conditioners or coolers, and even when you called the helpline number, they never picked your call on the first try.
Faculty: Faculty members were well-experienced, educated, supportive, and worth their salt. However, the curriculum was outdated, as the college was affiliated with Rashtrasant Tukdoji Maharaj Nagpur University, which had not updated the curriculum in years. They seriously needed to implement some reforms.

It is a good and affordable college.
Placements: Hislop is a great college, especially in the commerce field. In our course, there are more than 300 students. The highest salary package provided for B.Com students is 1 LPA to 4 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Deloitte, KPMG, etc. Almost 30%-35% of students are placed in good companies. Top roles offered in our course are sales manager and accountant.
Infrastructure: The college has 3 or 4 libraries, 2 labs, and a big playground to play football and cricket. It has a canteen, which provides extremely delicious food, but the price is high according to market prices. Classrooms are not painted well. They are dark and old. The new building has good classrooms with whiteboards, blackboards, and good benches. The walls are white, which provides light in the room.
Faculty: Teachers are quite knowledgeable in their subjects. They teach well, including the basics. The course curriculum is not good. Only with theoretical knowledge, one can never grow. Semester exams are good, according to the course. I didn't find exams that competitive and tough.
Other: Everything needs to be improved. I chose B.Com. because I am doing CA. This course won't provide you with any knowledge.

Good college if you are a regular student. Great disciplined campus, with good facilities.
Placements: Currently, it is one of the top commerce colleges in Nagpur I am just in my first year so I don't have any idea about packages but I have heard from the seniors that average package is 3 LPA-4 LPA. Companies often give placements are TCS or any bank. In my course, there are two options Accounts & taxation and 2nd is finance and banking.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are well-maintained, Wi-Fi zone is available but honestly, it never works it just connects only. Library is big and has proper facilities for studying and has a quite good collection of books. Also, professionals get good opportunities in sports. In most of the sports students get opportunities. They can get a chance to represent a college team in any sports.
Faculty: Honestly, teachers just teach, complete the course, and leave. No notes were provided additional before the exam. Different events are held by the faculty that are information and helpful. My college is under the board RTMNU so exams are conducted by them.
Other: I took admission to this college just for sports and to complete a B.Com course.

I would not recommend joining this college.
Infrastructure: Classrooms benches are not good.
Faculty: Teachers are good and well-qualified. Some of them are average. Exams are easy but sometimes they are difficult. Students should study and attend lectures regularly to score good marks.
Other: I opted for this course because I want to prepare for CA, CS, and CMA. B.Com is a better option and easy. The college is average. The fee structure is high.

Review of Hislop College.
Placements: Around 80-90% of students get placed in our course. The highest salary package offered is 50 LPA, the average salary package is 20 LPA, and the lowest salary package is 10 LPA. Sandeep Dwellers is the top recruiting company. Around 80% of students get internships at SDPL.
Infrastructure: Our college provides facilities like labs, classrooms, library, playground, etc., which are very good. Canteen food is average. There are big playgrounds.
Faculty: Most of the teachers are helpful, well-qualified, and knowledgeable. They teach us effectively. This course is curriculum relevant and makes students industry-ready. Semester exams are good if students study well. The pass percentage is 40%.
Other: I chose this course as it is very easy to learn. The best thing is students learn about companies and business. If government provides the latest course, it would be better for students. Many events, fests, campus crowd, etc., are organised with a lot of fun. The courses offered are MBA, CA, CS, etc. I like sports and events.
