I was obviously dissatisfied for the reasons I mentioned above.
Placements: Maybe 1% or fewer students got placements because during my college period, I never saw anyone get placed. No companies (hospitals) came to our college to recruit staff. Internships were not provided. You could get the degree only from there, but getting a good job after passing was unlikely.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure was bad. There were only 5-6 small classrooms, and only one classroom had a projector. Half of the lab item was broken. There was only one bookshelf, which was called the library. The hostel was available only for girls, but the food quality was very bad, and no medical facilities were available. Sports activities were rare, and no inter-college tournaments took place there.
Faculty: Teachers were helpful, but the management was worse, so they could only teach with limited resources available. However, there was one problem. There were only 2-3 permanent teaching staff members. The passing percentage was very low because of the examination board, which only checked the papers. The college was not involved in this process. In short, due to the shortage of staff and limited resources, students were not gaining full knowledge, enough to pass exams but not enough to be industry-ready.
Other: I wanted to become medical staff, so I chose this course. Practice was the only way to improve yourself in this field. The more clinical exposure you have, the more knowledge you gained about patient care. One more thing was that the behavior of the management team was very bad toward us, because we were not from Karnataka, and they always treated us as outsiders.
