Q:   What is the lowest percentile to get into IBS Hyderabad?
A: 

IBS Hyderabad cutoff 2024 has been released the cutoff for the admission to PGDM programs. As per the IBS Hyderabad CAT cutoff 2024 for the MBA, the lowest percentile has been announced at a cutoff percentile of 85 for CAT exam.

Q:   Is it compulsory to pass PI round at IBS Hyderabad?
A: 

Aspirants who are selected based on their scores in entrance test also need to pass Micro Presentation and PI round for MBA. IBS Hyderabad panel conducts interview for five to seven minutes. The panel evaluates the candidate's attitude, clarity of thoughts, communication skills, awareness of current affairs, and their overall readiness for a career in Management.

A: 

At the PG level, IBS Hyderabad a constituent of IFHE Hyderabad offers its flagship two-year fully-residential MBA programme. Spread over four semesters, this course comprises 30 courses (22 compulsory courses and 8 elective courses), a summer internship programme and soft skills labs. The institute conducts IBSAT or IBS Aptitude Test for admission to MBA course.

Q:   What is MBA fees in IBS Hyderabad?
A: 

The programme fee for IBS Hyderabad MBA course is INR 16.21 lakh. Candidaes need to pay fee after completion of the selection rounds to confirm their seat in the institute. Selected candidates need to pay an admission fee of INR 80,000 for MBA course. In case an aspirant is unable to pay fee within the stipulated time, his or her admission stands cancelled. Apart from the admission fee, aspirants also need to pay a fee of INR 1,800 for IBSAT bulletin.

Q:   What is the application fee for MBA course at IBS Hyderabad?
A: 

IBS Hyderabad application process is both online and offline modes. To submit offline applications, candidates can visit the campus in person. For MBA course admission, candidates shall qualify for IBSAT. Eligible candidates can apply for IBSAT to take admission. Application for MBA Weekend course is made online along with a registration fee of INR 900 payable through net banking. IBSAT Bulletin can be purchased through one of the following methods by payment of INR 1,800. Aspirants seeking admission through any other entrance test can visit the official website.

It's the best college for MBA course.
Placements: About 67% of students are admitted to the MBA branch, and tuition fees range from INR 35 LPA to INR 6 LPA, with an average of INR 19 LPA. Hindalco, IOCL, ONGC, and several more corporations are among the top recruiters. Each year, a considerable number of students receive vocational training. The highest-level positions available are financial analyst, financial manager, and so on.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is old. The department's third and final year courses, however, are excellent. Laboratories are well-equipped with the necessary apparatus and equipment. A library is the finest location to study without a book. Regarding the hostel and mess, the food quality is average. Hospital is also nice.
Faculty: High-quality instruction is consistently recommended for learning and growth. Businesses are frequently large, and industrial activity is heavily pushed. The curriculum is consistent with industry practices. All of the teachers and staff are really helpful. Semester exams are rigorous, but around 85% of students pass.

My personal review on ICFAI.
Placements: If you are here for placements, this college may not be for you. They have good starter companies that come to the college and offer fundamental salary packages. A few did get a placement from very good companies and even local companies with good CTC for everyone with good talent and benefited the college. It is very well furnished inside and outside with full plants.
Infrastructure: Well furnished and well constructed, there are a total of 3 buildings or blocks for B.Tech, BBA, and MBA. Every building and their infrastructure are very well developed and constructed. There are many canteens and even pavements to walk from one stop to another. There are street lights and many path boards.
Faculty: It has a good curriculum and faculty are friendly. They help the students in everything related to the study, and the syllabus curriculum is very flexible, so students can benefit and be useful. There are many books in the library, and students can use these to full extent. Many faculty members have done their Ph.D., so they can offer good lectures for students and provide benefits.

Placements: Mostly students join here for higher studies, so don’t expect much placements. Placements are around 50 percent with an average package of 5 LPA. Regarding the top recruiting companies, you can check the website. Accenture, Amazon, Deloitte, HDFC Bank, Infosys, Wipro, Capgemini, ICICI Bank, and ITC are the top recruiters. Getting an internship is compulsory as part of the curriculum. They basically need a certificate and proof for the same.
Infrastructure: It’s a big college with good infrastructure. We have well-equipped labs and Wi-Fi everywhere. No compromises on infrastructure here. The library is good with a decent number of books. The canteen food is nice and offers a variety of options. There are many grounds for different sports, so you can play anytime.
Faculty: We have experienced faculty members who have a minimum of 10 years of teaching experience and interact with students in class, except for a few who only teach the curriculum. Regarding the curriculum and exams, they are not very tough. The papers are prepared by our separate branch faculty and range from moderate to hard.

I have described all the factors about this college.
Placements: The placement cell of this college is less active, and the placement percentage is average. 35-40% of students get a placement offer. Companies like RBS, Genpact, and Oberoi are giving job offers at my college. Others who have not been placed sit in the Central Placement Office of this university.
Infrastructure: The college campus is so beautiful and spans in very huge area. Our college is on a total of 95 acres. The hostel rooms are properly maintained and clean. The food is so tasty and hygienic. Each and every room has an attached bathroom. All staff members are so kind and helpful to students.
Faculty: Most of the faculty members are highly qualified and well-experienced. They always stand for helping students. Their teaching method is great and provides the best notes. They are kind and friendly in nature. The college conducts internal, semester, and lab exams properly. The faculty members solve all doubts of the students.
Other: The college placement cell needs to be improved.

Q:   How can I join IBS in Hyderabad for MBA?
A: 

IBS Hyderabad admission to MBA course is based on IBSAT score. IBSAT or IBS Aptitude Test  is a national-level entrance exam conducted by ICFAI Foundation for Higher Education (deemed to be University) for admission to MBA course. IBSAT is a two-hour Computer-based test (CBT) comprising multiple-choice questions. IBSAT is a computer-based test that is generally conducted over a window of two days in December.

Candidates who have qualified any of the accepted national-level entrance exams like CAT/ NMAT/ GMAT/ XAT are exempted from appearing for IBSAT. The shortlisted candidates are further called for a GDPI round. IBS Hyderabad also considers the academic qualifications of the aspirants for final selection.
