ICFAI Law School provides a 1-year LLM programme at the PG level. To be eligible to take admission at ICFAI Law School for the full-time LLM programme, candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• Graduation in five-year (integrated) or three-year law degree (LLB/BA LLB/BBA LLB) or an equivalent degree recognised by The Bar Council of India, with a minimum of 50% aggregate or equivalent CGPA
• Candidates appearing for the final year examination and awaiting results are eligible to apply for provisional admission. 

ICFAI Law School offers a Professional LLM programme of one year duration. This programme is offered in the hybrid mode. Eligible candidates can apply for the programme through the institute's official website. Students can choose among the following ICFAI Law School LLB (Professional) specialisations:
