It is the best college in the Northeast after IIT Guwahati to join.

Faculty: The academic curriculum here is good and updated according to present-day trends. The institute is also planning to set up an artificial intelligence and robotics lab, keeping the future in view. The entry requirement to this institute requires getting a good percentile in JEE Main, and my motive to enroll in this program is the strong academic foundation provided here.

The college has good faculty members, good placements in 2025, infrastructure, and facilities.

Faculty: The course student is computer science and engineering department at the Indian Institute of Information Technology Guwahati. My motive for choosing this institute was its good academic curriculum, its infrastructure, its facilities, the sports opportunities, etc. This is also good for playing cricket so I chose this Institute. To enter this Institute you need to score well in JEE Main and then participate in counseling. There are two exams, 1 middle semester exam and one at the end of each seme...

Absolutely satisfied because of its good teachers, decent placements, and super college life.

Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified. They have done their PhDs from prestigious colleges like IIT and Heidelberg University. Their teaching quality and methods are great and efficient. The course curriculum is very much relevant and helps with real-life industry problems. The difficulty of the exams ranges from easy to medium, and mostly all students pass the exam.

It has a decent college life and is good to study in.

Faculty: The teaching quality is quite good. We have guest lecturers from IIT Guwahati. The course design is very good. Exams are not very hard , one can pass by a one-night study. But regular classes are important. There is no such pass percentage because it is all relative grading.

A review on our campus: IIITG.

Faculty: The faculty was well experienced and had completed their Ph.D. from top colleges in India like IIT and NIT, etc. They were very friendly with students, which helped to clear up any doubts. The course is very relevant and helps you get placed at a top college. The semester exam is quite difficult to get a 9+ CGPA but it can be achieved with hard work.

A glimpse of IIIT GUWAHATI.

Faculty: The teachers are highly qualified and did their PhDs at well-regarded colleges and they do teach well and have a grip over the subject they teach. The curriculum is quite relevant and gets updated according to industry trends. The semester exams in the college are of moderate level and can be cracked with good preparation.

It will be an amazing college in the upcoming years.

Faculty: Faculty members present on campus are all PhDs and well-trained people. They solve doubts on a regular basis and help you a lot during exam times. The curriculum, though tough, is suitable for future studies as well. Exams are held daily, dividing your eight semesters into mid-semester and end-of-semester sections.

Absolutely satisfied with faculty, good placements, and simple infrastructure .

Faculty: Yes, teachers are helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. They teach simply so that every student can understand, which makes the students industry-ready. Exams were very hard to crack and the pass percentage changed timely so there was no fixed value. It was really hard to crack exams .

Good academic life but not campus life.

Faculty: Exams are taken regularly here, including theory and lab practicals. The difficulty level is average and passing criteria depend on individual faculty. Also, 75% attendance is compulsory; otherwise, you are not allowed in any exams. These rules are strictly followed.

The information you should have before getting admission in iiitg.

Faculty: All the faculty members are passed from Ph.D. course of iits. They are very knowledgeable people but still lack some study experience since they are very young. Still they are teaching very good but yes there is a lot of study pressure .

A student's opinion on IIITG.

Faculty: The teachers are good. Most of the teachers have completed their Ph.D. from IITs. They are always ready to help the students. The course curriculum is relevant. The course curriculum makes the students industry ready. The course syllabus is modified and updated whenever needed.

Absolutely very great for its curriculum and its average placements.

Faculty: Of course the faculty of our college is superb. They are all Ph.D. holders from different institutes like iits and nits. But they are too much polite and helpful. The curriculum of our college is comparable to curriculum of iits. They make too much hard question papers.

Our college provides impressive placements.

Faculty: Professors are highly qualified. They are very helpful to the students. Our college encourages student-teacher interaction. The teaching quality is top-notch. The greatest thing about our institute is the curriculum is updated every year to make it student-friendly. It makes students industry-ready. Semester exams are somewhat hard. If you revise the concepts every day for a minimum of 1 hour, you can easily get a CGPA of more than 9. Relative grading is encouraged.

Come to this college if you like ventures.

Faculty: This is the one area where IIIT Guwahati lacks in almost every way. The faculty is very well qualified and all have Ph.D. degrees but almost None of them knows how to teach a particular subject in a good manner. The thing is that if you are coming in this college then you should rely on self study rather than your professors.

It is a place for uncertainty and new experiences.

Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is good. Few teachers are very boring. The course curriculum is relevant as this is national college. Semester exams are hard. If we study well, we can score good marks during exams.
