Depends on your year's admission criteria (check the past statistics, a quick google search will throw up the result). But, I believe you should focus on CAT and think about this once you have crossed that hurdle. All the best.

Your acads are not upto the mark for IIM A. Having said that you can always apply for colleges which do not give high weight-age to acads like FMS.

Your acads are not up-to the mark for a call from IIM A. I would suggest you to look at colleges which give less importance to acads like FMS.

Yes, you can, provided you clear the cutoff and IIM A considers you good enough to give you a call! Being a doctor, you might get a call at low percentile compared to other engineering graduates! We do have a few doctors in every PGP batch.

I would suggest you to pursue PGPX from IIM A or EPGP from IIM-B. Both are equally reputed courses to pursue to help you kick-start your professional career.
