The best colleges in India that offer MBA/PGDM are IIMs, especially IIM-A, B, or C. There are other good colleges like XLRI, and FMS where the fees is slightly less and those can also be considered.

There are chances, if you are a non-engineer with a 99+ percentile. It is much more difficult, if you are an engineer as that would require a very high percentile in order to stand at par with other candidates.

You should target mock exams, a lot of them. Try to take at least 1-2 mocks every week and once you are comfortable with the syllabus you may increase that number to 5-6.

To be very frank it is difficult for you, unless you score a very high percentile in CAT. Nevertheless, there are other good colleges like XLRI or FMS that offer brilliant courses and you may wish to look at them.
