MTech	BTech or BE/ MCA/ MSc/ AMIETE with 60% aggregate
MSc	Bachelor's degree in the Science stream with a minimum of 55% aggregate
MDes	Bachelor's degree in Design/ Engineering/ Architecture/ Interior Design or equivalent with 60% aggregate
MBA	Bachelor degree with a minimum of 60% aggregate
MA	Bachelor's degree in any discipline with 50% aggregate

The important documents required for IIT Guwahati application process are Class 10 & Class 12 marksheet, UG marksheet (for PG courses) & PG marksheet (for PhD), accepted entrance scorecard, passport-size photo, caste certificate and copy of income certificate (if applicable).
