This college is very good in Ghaziabad.

Placements: IMS Engineering College is situated in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. This college has high placement rates in Ghaziabad. There are many tech companies, like HCL and TCS, that visit this college every year for placement. The highest package of this college is 50 LPA, and the lowest package of this college is 8 LPA. At least 60 percent is required for the placement.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of this college is very good for the students and faculty. There are many facilities, like Wi-Fi, for the students and faculty. The classrooms are fully air-conditioned. This college consists of a big library, so the students can learn together with love. The hostel of this college is very big and provides best quality. Atleast 60% is required for the placement purpose.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure of this college is good for the students and faculty. This college has three buildings for the students. This college offers many facilities on campus like Wi-Fi facilities all the time. This college has a big library with all books. Hostel facilities of this college are also good. The size of hostel is very big. The quality of food in mess hall is also good for students.

IMSEC is a good college but not in a good region.

Placements: Our college is decent in terms of placements. Last year, the average salary package offered in the CS IT course was 4 LPA. Companies like TCS, KPMG, etc., visited our college and offered a salary package of 9 LPA. There is no highest salary package compared to other colleges.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good. The hostel facility is good but expensive compared to other colleges in the same region. All classrooms are air-conditioned. A water filter is available on all floors. There is a basketball court and a badminton court for sports activities.

Faculty: Our facility members are mostly Ph.D. holders. They are quite impressive and help a lot in studies. The course curriculum is good and makes students industry-ready. It is easy to clear exams in AKTU. Exams are easy and students can pass if they study one day before. Questions are repeated in exams.

Other: I am from the B.Tech CS branch. I chose this course due to the ease of job availability. Our college is good. Things that can improved in our college are its coding culture and extracurricular activities.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of this college is relevant for the IMSEC students. Placements: IMS Engineering College usually achieves 60-70% placements with the highest package upto 50 LPA, and average is 6.5 LPA. Top companies include Nestle, HYSEL, Lifecell, Biotect India, Cordlife, etc. About 75% of students got internships. Top roles offered are bioinformatics and analysis, lab roles, research and development, etc.

Infrastructure: College provides Wi-Fi-enabled classrooms and has modern libraries with all the required equipment. There is a central library with all the books for studies and GATE preparation. There are separate hostels for boys and girls. Our hostel provides medical support, with 24X7 Wi-Fi facility. Our hostel has washing machine, gym for fitness, and a certified doctor. Food quality is excellent as well as hygienic (I also live in hostel in IMSEC).

Faculty: Teachers are generally helpful, approachable, and well-qualified with Ph.D. degree from a renowned institute. They teach us theory combined with practical experiments and animated videos which makes the concept clear. This course is driven by the internship and minor and major projects which help us to develop technical knowledge, research skills, and also soft skills. Semester exams are moderately difficult. Teachers also provide various videos and extra notes to help us even out the workload for us to make things easier.

Other: I personally chose this because of my strong interest in research. This curriculum offers theory, labs, and projects that make learning engaging. But I think the improvement is needed in the soft skills and communication for a better future. Talking about the annual and cultural fest like Vibgyor and sports events, which make college life exciting and vibrant. Campus is well-connected with and surrounded by basic facilities. Various scholarship schemes are also available for needy students.

An average college with average placements, and some of the faculty is genuinely good.

Placements: The placement scenario is not satisfactory. I don't know the exact percentage of students who get placed, but I guess it should be around 60-70%. The average salary package as shown on the website is 6 LPA but it could be low due to an ongoing placement scenario. Our college provides paid internships, so I am not interested in this.

Infrastructure: I am not a hosteller, but as far as I know, it is good or liveable. The library is good. Wi-Fi is average. A gym is available for interested students. I only consider packet food in canteen rather than cooked one because I don't find them good and they are overpriced.

Faculty: Some teachers are genuinely helpful and knowledgeable. They encourage and push students to do better. The curriculum is good, but there are still some cons like theories are more and less practical knowledge or teaching style. Semester exams are easy to score, but AKTU checking is the worst. They can fail students even if they have done great in exams.

Other: I chose this course because of the boom in the IT sector. I would like them to leave the conventional way of teaching and adopt something like real-life problems and how to deal with them through what we have learnt. Fests are held only once a year. Our college conducts extracurricular activities like fresher's days, DJ nights, and sports. Many clubs are available for interested students.

As per the placement report given by the college, the highest package till now is INR 55 Lacs per annum. That was the greatest placement of that college.
