IIFD Kolkata Scholarship Details ,Salt Lake City

Placements: Every year around 50-60 percent of the students get placement at IIFD Kolkata. The college placements cell invites various companies for the on-campus placement. The average package offered in our course is about 5 LPA-6 LPA. Top recruiters at our college were Satya Paul, Mark & Spencer, Fevicryl, Redress, etc. Top roles offered in our course are product designer, fashion designer, theatre costume designer, etc.

Placements: I am currently a student of the 2025 to 2029 batch so I am still exploring a lot about the college and industry experience. I do not have complete knowledge about placement yet but after talking with seniors and alumni I learned that college provides really strong placement support.

Placements: Some students got placed. Either through college placement, faculty's help, or through connections or college experience. The highest salary is Rs. 50,000 per month and the lowest salary is Rs. 20,000 per month. Interior designer, CAD designer, space designer, and 3D visualizer are the roles offered.

Placements: I chose IIFD Kolkata specifically because of their strong placement record and real industry exposure. Currently in the mid-term of M.Sc. Interior Design 2025-2027 and internship opportunities are already coming in which is genuinely exciting. College connects you with the industry from day one not just at the end of your course.

Placements: Batch 2025-2026 still ongoing but the placement momentum is already visible and exciting. Batchmates securing internships early and previous batch had 90% placement rate with packages going up to 6LPA. College support is real and visible for every students. 

Placements: Last year I got placed with a starting package of 5 LPA after completing my M.Des. I am happy to be financially independent now. IIFD teachers supported me a lot in building a strong portfolio, which helped me clear interviews confidently. This is a very grateful experience for me.
