The college offers a BSc (Hons.) in Aviation for four years, BSc in Aviation for three years, a BSc in Aviation + AME in Avionics for three years, and AME in (Aeroplan Turbine-Mechanical) + BSc in Aviation for three years. To get admission into these courses, candidates are required to complete their higher senior secondary from the PCM stream. Additionally, candidates must have acheived a minimum aggregate of 50%. 

The Institute offers BSc Aviation and AME for the duration of 3 years each. However, IIAE Pune offers BSc Aviation for 4 years as an honours degree. The eligibility criteria includes Class 12 qualification with Chemistry, Physics and Mathematics from a recognised board or must have a Diploma in Electrical/ Electronics/ Aeronautical/ Mechanical. In addition to this, candidates must qualify the Medical Fitness test that will require a physical fitness certificate and a no colour blindness certificate.

• The students shall fill out the application and submit the form along with the requisite fee in the form of DD/ Cash/ UPI/ NEFT/ RTGS/ Online Net Banking for the prospectus and application form.
• The duly filled application form, along with the admission fee and required documents, must be submitted to the institute in person. Alternatively, candidates can send the completed form along with the requisite fee (cheque/demand draft only) via post or courier to the institute.
