These are IT companies, and civil engineering students have less knowledge in computer languages, so they end up getting the lowest role in these companies.

Review of IETDAVV Indore on the basis of placement, faculty, and infrastructure.
Placements: Placements at IETDAVVR are a major strength, particularly for the Computer Science, Information Technology, and Electronics and Telecom branches, where the placement percentage exceeds 90% for CS/IT. The place scenario is less for branches, life, Civil mechanical engineering, the college has been impressive, the highest Bag From 22. LPA to 56. LPA. Notable recruiters include major companies like TCS Infosys, Wipro, and many others, indicating a healthy mix of product-based and base companies visiting the campus. Training and placement are reported to be very dedicated and supported.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure at IETDAVVC is well-equipped, with on-campus hostel facilities. For both genders. Some reviews find that the perception may be ageing and could be used to improve and proper repair. Basic amenities like Wi-Fi are available, though sometimes, as the Institute does have the necessary faculty and equipment, some students feel that the lab is lacking. And a notable point is that the lack of dedicated sports on the IT main campus encourages students to participate in yearly campus sports activities.
Faculty: The faculty is generally considered well qualified with many features holding advanced and given port. Student curriculum is often well-designed and fulfilling in the industry. However, many students appreciate the support and knowledge of the regular society. In my opinion, a few professors may be less encouraging towards new ideas, or the lab staff for the district, the college has a mix of visiting HOC members across various departments.

I am satisfied with this college, its decent, and you can get placement if you work a bit.
Placements: Placements are decent, but you really need to work hard on your own skills. Some good companies do visit the campus, and opportunities are there if you prepare well. Overall, placement support is okay, but not extraordinary. So if you do not get placed, you cannot blame the college.
Infrastructure: Hostels are decent, but seats are limited, so getting a room can be tough. For the first year of B.Tech, the chemistry lab is available, and other labs lack many instruments. Infrastructure is improving, but still needs development. For example, there is no lab for applied chemistry for sem 1.
Faculty: Faculty members are knowledgeable, experienced, and supportive. Exams are manageable with regular study. The CSE and IT first semester curriculum is tougher and quite different from other branches, adding extra pressure. We study in sem 1 what other college students study in sem 2.
Other: Good thing there is no ragging related issue. Seniors are friendly and cooperative. I like the E cell of the college.

Review of Institute of engineering and technology.
Placements: Almost 90% of students get placed overall in college. The highest offered package is around 1.2 crore, and the average package varies around 7 LPA. Top recruiting companies include big names like ZS, Volvo, Eicher, etc. The top roles offered in the college are Mechanical, Civil, Electrical & Instrumentation, and Computer Science and IT.
Infrastructure: Facilities in the college are not very good. The college lacks basic amenities like a good canteen and mess facility, which are necessities. The hostel is also very average. The cleanliness is good, but the condition of the classrooms is average. The library is good. The food in the mess is average, and there are no medical facilities.
Faculty: Teachers are highly educated, qualified, and knowledgeable, and the teaching quality is very good. The course curriculum is relevant to industry standards and makes students placement and industry-ready. Semester exams are very easy to pass.

Take this college only if you get CS/IT.
Placements: The highest package was 31 LPA for 2023 batch and average was 8 LPA. The placement was decent and good number of companies visited the campus. Almost 90% students got placed in CS/IT, the placements are decent for Electronics and telecommunication and Electronics and Instrumentation. There is almost zero placement for Civil and Mechanical branch. From this year onwards, new branch Computer Science with business analytics is added into college. Z associate, NRI fintech, Z scale, VM Aware, TCS, Delloite, Credit Susie, Deutsche bank were main companies which came for recruitments.
Infrastructure: All labs and buildings are good, but hostels and mess are unhygienic and stingy. The campus is big enough but due to lack of negligence too many wild shrubs has grown inside the campus, there is a lake inside campus but it is becoming a swamp due to lack of maintenance. Sports facilities are available but they are very limited, and to access them we have to go to the main campus of DAVV which is 1 km away from IET. There is only one canteen in whole college which is over priced and with no proper sitting area and that too is unhygienic.
Faculty: The curriculum is well designed and fulfills all the industry needs. Some teachers are very humble and polite as well as knowledgeable, on the other side half of the teachers have nothing to do with students, God knows what kind of ego they have. But of course some teachers are very good too. Difficulty of semester exams depends upon faculty allotted. Few exams are very easy and few are very tough. The passing percentage is 35 marks out of 100.
Other: I got Information Technology branch, which is good branch with good placements. Almost every student in this institute get at least one scholarship. I got MMVY scholarship under which I got all my tuition fee as well as hostel fee get paid by government, so I am studying here for free. I wish Infrastructure of college should be improved as well as the college should clear wild forest grown inside the campus and make some new buildings with some chilling monuments for students. This will grow the reputation of college and will attract best talent. Events happens regularly in college, same as fests, but Annual fest AKSHANK is something which is spending for last 5 years. Campus crowd is decent at least in CS/IT branch. There are more students who prioritize marks instead of those who prioritize knowledge and skills. I wish college should do something to make students problem solvers not job seekers.

Try to avoid taking an admission in IET DAVV.
Placements: The average package offered in this course is around 6.7–7.5 Lacs, with around 96% of students getting placed (I got this data from the orientation program, which was held on the 2nd day of college). CS/IT-Branch-Students get more placement offers. In 2021-22, the highest package was above 40 Lacs, and in the year 2022-23, the highest package was about 22 LPA.
Infrastructure: The campus has one of the worst infrastructures you can find in a college. It doesn't even provide basic things like a working fan. The chairs and benches are in very bad condition, the walls seem like they're from around 2 decades old. The college didn't get renovated. Washrooms don't have water, with water coolers in a very bad condition. There is a library, which has zero books. You can only get the syllabus-books. There is Wi-Fi with 1 Kbps speed. The canteen is very small and it doesn't have availability of snacks. There is no playground in the campus. They don't even have a single chessboard.
Faculty: The teachers are good, but as it is an independent university, they can change the syllabus at the very last moment. The exam level is high, and except for maths, it is very difficult to find study material for the exam. The teachers aren't really strict regarding the attendance. There are 3 mid-semester tests conducted, while in the other colleges, the number of tests conducted is only 2.

An honest review by a student of IET DAVV.
Placements: At IET DAVV, the average yearly placement is approximately 60 to 70 percent, with the highest package being 28 LPA and an average package of 5 LPA. Companies like NRI Fintech, Deutsche Bank, ZS Associates, and many others visit the college. Around 40 to 50 percent of students secure internships.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is good, with each department having its own building, labs, workshops, library, and incubation center. Wi-Fi is available on campus and in the hostel. The hostel rooms are double occupancy, and the mess, which serves average food, is located near the hostel. Hostel seats are limited, and the sports facilities are lacking, with no big ground on campus; students have to go to the university for sports.
Faculty: The faculty members are supportive, well-qualified, and trained. The curriculum is very good, focusing on the technical development of students, which helps in placements. The semester exams are average, not too tough, and almost all students pass easily and perform well.
