Q:   Is the BTech Mechanical Engineering syllabus the same for all colleges?
A:

The BTech Mechanical Engineering syllabus is not the same across all colleges, as every college committee sets a particular coursework pattern at the start of every academic year to be followed for the respective batch. The syllabus includes some core subjects, interesting electives, and lab work that gives detailed knowledge to the students about the workings of the field.

Q:   What is the average BTech Computer Science Engineering salary in India?
A:

The average BTech CSE salary for graduates in India can range between INR 4 LPA and INR 12 LPA. The scope of the BTech CSE programme in India is excellent and hence the starting salary packages offered by recruiters are also high as compared to some other engineering courses.

The salary depends on factors like the years of experience you hold, your academic qualification, skill set, etc. Once you enter the industry and get some years of experience in hand, you will get a higher salary package. But, in the starting of your career journey, you can expect between INR 4 LPA and INR 6 LPA.

Q:   What is covered in Machine Design subject in B.Tech course?
A:

Dear candidate, the subject of Machine Design basically teaches you about the designing fundamentals of various types of machinery across industries. You get to learn about the different ways in which elements can be combined to form an equipment or machine system and get the work done in an effective manner.

The knowledge of this subject is very important for a mechanical engineer as he/she will have to put this to use in the future whenever they enter the workforce as a mechanical engineering professional.

Hope this cleared your doubt. Have a good day.

The college infrastructure is not good and the placements are also not up to the mark.
Placements: The college is located near Meenakshi mall. The placements are very low. Only computer science and electronics branch students have the placements, and others have to find the jobs on their own. The teaching faculty does not have much experience, so they should improve. The college offers courses in mechanical, civil, computer science, and electronics and communication branches.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is very poor and consists of 3 blocks, which are very small. The college strength is less when compared to other colleges. Each passing year, the admissions are going down as there is no improvement in the college. In this college, the students will not get any knowledge, so, according to my opinion, you shouldn't come here.
Faculty: The faculty members of this college are less knowledgeable lecturers, who do not take care of their students. They are too lazy to teach. The college is under VTU, and they didn't complete the syllabus also. Students have to study on their own, and only a few lecturers take care of them. Many of the faculty don't work properly, so it has to be improved.
Other: They conduct many events in the college, but those all are a waste of time. I am struggling here, so, according to my opinion, don't come here rather join any other institution.

The college is unbelievable and unforgettable.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is the worst and unbelievable. There are no proper toilet, no proper gardening, and no packing area. The rooms are damaged. There is no proper lightening, no fans, and no proper benches, and I can't say anything beyond this, even I am facing lots of difficulties.
Faculty: The faculty members are the worst, and they are not professionals. They work 2-3 months, and after that, they won't be seen by us because the salaries not provided for them, They won't complete full syllabus, and they won't have the proper knowledge. If the doubts have been asked, they will take 24 hours time.
Other: There are no events, college day, welcome day, freshers day, and scholarship facilities. They won't provide the bonafide certificates, even if we want some certificate from there, and they would charge money from us. It is the worst college I have ever seen in my whole life as they won't respond. The laboratories are bad. The lecturers and even the trust members are bad. All are moneymakers on the campus. There are no proper attendees, improper environment, bad infrastructure, no students, no uniforms, and no proper hostel facilities on the campus.

The college is good without any difficulties.
Placements: Around 20% of the placement percentage is present on the campus. For the placements, well-reputed companies from various parts of Bangalore and sometimes from throughout India which are in high demand visits the campus. Not all the students, i.e., 100% get placement, but who get placement will get placed in good oriented companies.
Infrastructure: The college has an awesome and good infrastructure with the good classrooms, libraries, sports room, canteen, hostels, big seminar hall with good facilities in the classrooms with fan, light, etc., and specific places for lunch and sports room with every game's requirements, etc.
Faculty: The highly experienced and qualified teachers are there. They have good teaching skills and teaching with personal attention to weak students. The teacher and students interactions are good. There are good seminars weekly once. They are highly qualified. There are specific subjects and specific course.

Other: College as per the Infrastructure was that Great to be very frank, but the Faculty and the Time they spend with the Students was really good and the Faculty Member are humble and you get to have a Good and Closed Relation with you and intern helps you in understanding the Topics which you don't understand and quite a good leaning experience as well.

Review of Islamiah Institute of Technology.
Placements: Placements of this college were good. It provides ample opportunities to those who wish to get placed in a good company. There was competition since the number of students was high. The process was streamlined. It was excellent, and I appreciate it all.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure was decent and hygienic. The campus was not huge. The field was average. The laboratories had sufficient systems and high-speed internet. There were projectors installed in most of the classes, and it was excellent.
Faculty: The quality of teaching was average as compared to most other colleges in the same league. Some professors were very knowledgeable. The course will not make students ready for jobs, and that was something students have to do on their own.
Other: Our course cost Rs 90,000 in the first year, and it was value for money because placements are good. If students perform extensively good then they can achieve more than that. They provide students lot many opportunities in every field they want.

Good college to enjoy and to get scholarship, good faculty but 0 placement.
Placements: Sadly, there were no placements in my college, even my seniors also faced the same problem, no core placements only we can expect some BPO placements that too just by 10 to 20 percentage, I had a very tough time due to no placements.
Infrastructure: It is a very old college and started long back so all the infrastructures are old, as per mechanical they have good machines and good equipment all labs looks are very old and equipment also old but they are in good condition, computer Science and electronics branch good new equipment compared to other branches.
Faculty: All the faculty members are Muslim because it's running by Islamic trust, all the teachers are very good and friendly, all the branch faculty didn't like mechanical students because they are royal. There were many different principals in 4 years. They change often due to various reasons. Overall good faculty in the college.
Other: There is good news for Muslim students because they get a scholarship. Every year student get minimum 50k scholarship that increases Upto 1 lack.
