Not good on the faculty members' side.
Placements: 70 to 75% of students were placed in the course. Highest package is 15 LPA, and lowest package is 6 to 8 LPA. About 40 to 50% of students got internships. During the course, mostly in IT software development and analytics roles, the majority of the placements were in software development.
Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure available in our course and department, for example, Wi-Fi is not good, and the lab is okay. Classroom is not bad, and their library is so bad. There is no quality in the facilities of our hostel, and they are repeating the same menu for the food.
Faculty: Teachers are not helpful, not qualified, and not knowledgeable. Teaching quality is not good, and the teachers speak with students rudely and are not friendly. But outside, they are showing that they are more friendly on the campus, and I don't know about the student industry readiness.
Other: I chose this course for my future placement. Events, and first campus crowd, connectivity, campus surroundings are good, but the scholarship is not good.

It is a pretty decent college, but very far from the city.
Placements: Our college has decent placements, but it depends on our skills for higher placements in good companies with good wages. The college just provides placement with a minimum wage limit, and exams are easy, likewise. But some people get placed in good companies just through college.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is a little slow on the campus, but overall, everything is good with cleanliness and study space. The library is decent too, with a good amount of books, space, and cleanliness. There is a good environment with nature. Only some classrooms have ACs, depending on the course we take, and I don't know why it is like that.
Faculty: Exams are easy to take without issues, and teachers clear our doubts without an issue. They give us tips on how to give exams and give important questions to review before the exam. They complete the syllabus on time, so we have time to study on our own.

This is my experience so far.
Placements: I'm still in first year and not fully aware. I got to know from seniors that the highest salary package offered is 15 LPA. It's important to search for internships on our own. They provide free access to Coursera for students to learn as many skills as possible.
Infrastructure: The food in the mess is quite repetitive. It's good in the beginning, but eventually, it gets boring. Wi-Fi doesn't work most of the time. There is no medical facility on campus, so if we get sick, we need to go to the nearest hospital.
Faculty: Faculty for non-IT subjects are great but according to my experience, the IT faculty are not so good. At times they just read PPTs and don't explain the concept much. Our Maths faculty is really good. Chemistry and English faculty members are good as well.

B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering - Batch of 2028

Helpful faculty and decent teaching, but B.Tech needs more industry focus.
Placements: Around 70%-80% of students from the B.Tech course got placed through campus recruitment. The highest package offered is around 12 LPA, the lowest is around 3 LPA, and the average package is between 4.5LPA and 6 LPA, depending on the branch. Top recruiters include TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Capgemini, Accenture, Cognizant, and a few product-based companies like Amazon or Zoho for CS/IT branches. About 60% of students secured internships, mostly in companies like TCS, Infosys, startups, or via college tie-ups. Top roles offered are software developer, system engineer, data analyst, network engineer, and QA tester.
Infrastructure: The college provides good infrastructure and basic facilities. Classrooms are equipped with projectors, and Wi-Fi is available across campus. Labs are well-maintained with updated equipment. The library offers a wide range of books and digital resources. Hostel rooms are decent, with regular cleaning, Wi-Fi, and essential amenities like RO water and laundry. Mess food is hygienic but repetitive, while the canteen serves a better variety. Medical facilities include a health center with basic treatment and emergency care. Sports facilities are good, with courts, playgrounds, and a gym. Overall, it's a balanced environment for learning and student life.
Faculty: The B.Tech faculty is knowledgeable, qualified, and generally helpful. Most teachers are approachable and explain concepts clearly. The teaching quality is decent, with some using practical examples to aid understanding. The curriculum is relevant and covers core subjects well, but additional certification or internships are needed for better industry readiness. Semester exams are moderately difficult, focusing on both theory and application. With regular preparation, students can pass comfortably. The average pass percentage is around 80% to 90%, depending on the department.

Review of Jain Deemed-to-be University.
Placements: The placement packages have a good range, from average to super-dream level. Both Indian and foreign MNCs recruit, as per my knowledge. Students get training for company interviews from the third year onward to ensure they are capable.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi facility in the college is definitely slow. I mostly use mobile data to get things done, and even faculty suggests using mobile data for official work, as they are aware of the slow Wi-Fi. Sometimes it works well, sometimes not at all. As for the hostel, the outside hostel has washing machines good luck finding a functional one that's unoccupied. Wi-Fi in the hostel is slow but somehow works faster on laptops.
Faculty: There are internal assessments and lab exams, but for the IA exams, they literally schedule two exams per day, so we have to sacrifice studying for 3 out of 6 subjects, you can guess how that goes. As for faculty members, they're alright, sometimes, you definitely have to rely on ChatGPT and YouTube, or else you won’t survive.
Other: They serve only vegetarian food here, so if you can’t survive without non-veg, then it’s better to reconsider. Wi-Fi facility is slow, don’t trust their claim of superfast internet.

A college with good infrastructure, average faculty, good sports, a fun life, and average placements
Placements: Most of the students got placed on campus. Almost 90% of students got a salary package of less than 10 LPA. The highest salary package offered in the year 2024 is 52 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 3 LPA. Companies like Infosys, Wipro, Google, Accenture, Futurense, etc., visit the college and recruit students. Our college promised everyone that they give 100% internships offer by the end of the 4th semester. AIML and cloud engineers got some good packages from our campus.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is awesome. Wi-Fi is average on campus, but in the hostel, it is good. Our classrooms are alright. There are labs according to subjects. The food is good compared to other colleges. There are 3 -5 canteens. For sports freshmen, it's tough to get into a team, but there are sports like football, tennis, cricket, etc.
Faculty: Some teachers are good, and some just say the things that are in PPTs. I don't think I can trust them totally. Our course makes students industry-ready. There should be an effort from your side. Mostly, the assignment questions are asked in the semester exams, so those aren't that hard.
Other: I chose this course because of my interest in app and web development, and I don't regret it. I wish some new subjects to be added which are relevant to the course. Our college conducts many events like hackathons, ethnic days, and many more. It's just very good.
