The Jaipuria Institute of Management placement report 2025 for the PGDM program has been out on the official website. The highest international package offered stood at INR 36.64 LPA offered by Aron Global. The campus welcomed more than 275 recruiters that took part during the placement drive 2025. Over 80 PPO's have been made by leading companies such as Deloitte, Whirlpool, Bajaj. In total, 11 international offers have been recorded so far. The various job profiles offered during the Jaipuria Institute of Management placement drive include- Business Analyst, Data Analytics, AI roles, Consulting, Finance and Supply Chain roles, etc.

The overall average package offered was INR 9.5 LPA. The top 10%, 20% and 50% average packages offered were INR 14.5 LPA, INR 12.96 LPA and INR 11.12 LPA, respectively. The placement drive witnessed over 275 recruiters and more than 120 new recruiters. Over 1100 placement offers were made. Major recruiters such as Adani, Deloitte and KPMG among others took part during the Jaipuria Lucknow placements 2025. The BFSI sector had 60% placements during this season. Moreover, the highest stipend offered was INR 3.70 lakh. Over 180 recruiters participated in summer internships, including over 40 new recruiters.

The 2024 placement report has been released on the official website. The report includes the combined placement statistics for all the JIM branches. As per the report, more than 1,100 students participated in the 2024 placements. The total count of participating companies stood at 278. This year, 114 new recruiters participated in Jaipuria Lucknow placements 2024. Furthermore, the overall average package recorded was INR 9.05 LPA.

Placements: Our college provides good placements. The highest salary package offered is 32 LPA. The average salary package offered is 12 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 4 LPA. Top roles offered are manager, project manager, business development executive, etc.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good. Our college provides good facilities. Classrooms are spacious. They are equipped with air-conditioners. Placements: Jaipuria Institute of Management amazingly provides placement assistance to students by offering various training programs. Infrastructure: It has a well-versed campus, polished with various kinds of guidelines. Basically, the ID card tags isolated students from one discipline to another. If any of our brothers, sisters, or cousins are interested in joining a course in our college, then they would give a fee concession, so it is really a great thing. And that will be a distinct break, and slots are allotted for all disciplines.

Placements: Overall placement is good. The institute has tie up with big and medium companies, start ups and unicorn. Also, the placement cell is very supportive towards building the career of the students. Companies like HCL, Deloitte, EY, Icici, SBI Purple, Darwinbox, Tata Chroma, Pantaloons, etc. offer placements.

Infrastructure: Classrooms are equipped with all the digital facilities like projector, Wi-Fi, and e-library. Environment is good. Hostel facilities are maintained. Food is also fine. Morning and evening snacks are tasty. Rooms are spacious with both single and double beds with air-conditioners and non-air-conditioners.

Faculty: Professors have deep expertise in their fields. They not only teach students but also guide and motivate them in professional and career related. The course is interesting since there are lots of options to choose subjects to be its marketing, retail, finance, operation, HR or sales.

Other: College has a good curriculum. Since the events are student-driven, so the students get more experience in organising and managing the tasks.
