New emerging Medical College by JIS University in West Bengal, opt for the next counseling session.
Placements: JISMSR is a newly opened private medical college started in the year 2023, and no batch has passed out yet hence, there is no information regarding internship prospects and placements, but it provides clinical experience by taking students to Howrah hospital.
Infrastructure: Since it's a new college, there is still construction going on, but current batches are provided with proper classrooms, labs, a library, and a canteen. There is no proper sports area yet. Food quality is manageable, but it can be better. College canteen is only for hostellers.
Faculty: Best thing about the college is its faculty, teachers are really helpful and highly knowledgeable. They are always ready to help students. Semester papers are difficult but not out of standard. Pass percentage is above average with good results.
Other: MBBS, as everyone knows, is one of the toughest courses out there. Management of this college is comparatively lenient and helpful. Since it's a new college, we do not engage in cultural activities as such. Campus is a little deserted with only 300 students. Extracurricular activities are not so prevalent. It's a new college, so we are ready to give it time to prosper and have no major complaints.
