Admissions at Kalvium are strictly on a first-come, first-served basis. Candidates can reserve their seat and choose their preferred campus after clearing the KQ. Campus choice is entirely depend on the availability.

Kalvium conducts its in-house entrance test, which is known as the Kalviness Quotient (KQ) Challenges. Candidates willing to pursue BCA course at Kalvium must appear and qualify this entrance test. The total tuition fee for the BTech course at Kalvium is INR 8 lakh. The fee is exclusive of various charges such as the transportation charges, hostel fee, and various other charges. Students must pay the fee on time to avoid late fee submission charges.
