Absolutely satisfied with my decision of joining Karpagam Academy of Higher Education.

Placements: Placements in our college were good. Nearly 85% of the students were placed. Companies like Amazon, Hexaware, Infosys, and core companies like Bio Corn and Visionary RCM, which are located in Coimbatore, visited the campus for placements. Students are placed with the salary packages of 3 LPA.

Infrastructure: The entrance of our campus looks amazing. It has a peaceful library. There is a neat and clean environment. There are separate hostels for the students of each year. Playgrounds are allotted for different games like cricket, volleyball, badminton, etc. The college provides Wi-Fi facilities.

Faculty: Biochemistry was one of the interesting courses since my childhood. Faculty members in the college were not bad. Our HOD was very good. Laboratory faculty members were good. All the needed equipment is available in our college.

The ambiance of the college is very good. Faculty is the best. Good placements. Nice infrastructure.

Placements: For mine and my senior's batch, the placement was very good. About 30% of the students were placed. The highest salary offered was Rs 30,000, the lowest offer was Rs 10,000, and the average salary offered was Rs 20,000. The companies like TCS, CTS, VWR, Infosys, Wipro, TNQ, Oracle, IBM, IDBI, Federal Life Insurance, Amazon, Visionary, RCM Infotech, etc., have visited the campus for the placements. The roles offered to the students were BPO, BPS, proofreading, medical coding, sales executive, insurance agent, technical support, software developers, etc. I have no idea about the internships as they are not available in our stream. There is a placement cell. They are very efficient. They work all over the year and motivate the students to go for different drives. They also inform the students about the drive schedules through WhatsApp and the department heads on a timely basis. Every department has a placement coordinator through whom we can address our queries.

Infrastructure: Our campus has a free Wi-Fi facility available for the students as well as the staff members. The labs are well-equipped with the sophisticated instruments. The classrooms are airy with good lighting, and some of the classrooms are equipped with the projectors. The library is well-equipped with over 1 lakh books of various discipline. Major newspapers and international journals are available in the library. It is open from 8 AM to 8 PM on the working days. The college has an in-house doctor and a nurse. Various kinds of sports like athletics, cricket, football, hockey, kabaddi and ethnic sports like silambam are also available. Other sports equipment is provided to the students as well. We have two separate canteens for the vegetarian and the non-vegetarian food lovers. It also offers chat counters and coffee shops. The food is prepared in proper hygiene in front of us, and the cost is also low. The hostel rooms are comfortable with five to six students per room. I didn't face any issues regarding the infrastructure.

Faculty: Almost all the teachers are PhD or M.Phil holders. They are highly qualified and are aware of the day to day updates in their field of teaching. They are kind and very helpful in clearing even the minor doubts. They are knowledgeable in their field as well as other fields also. They don't hesitate to refer and tell if they are asked the questions that are not related to their field also. The teaching quality was very good with special attention to the average students. The teaching methods are through the lectures, the chalk and the board method, through the powerpoint presentations and the videos. The student to faculty ratio 20:1. In our department, every year, we had an industry visit. Every year, we visit at least two industries. The course curriculum was according to the UGC norms and was very useful.

Other: Every year, we celebrate the inter-college and the intra-college cultural fest called Pranaya. The total prize amount mounts to Rs 1,00,000. Almost every festival is celebrated inside the college. There is an annual day, a sports day, Mecatroz, and many other events that are conducted. It is situated on the Coimbatore to Pollachi main road, so it is accessible through the local bus, the autos and the cabs. The campus surrounding is very neat and clean with a splash of greenery and also has an open-air amphitheatre. There are many scholarships available like Inspire, minority scholarship, sports grant, fees reduction for master's students, etc. There are various clubs like photography, astronomy, drama, music, red ribbon, environment, etc.

The college provides good infrastructure and all facilities.

Placements: Almost 50% of the students from our course got placed. The highest salary offered was 1 lac per month, and the lowest salary offered was Rs. 10,000 per month. Visionary RCM, Medical Industries and topmost hospital visit our college for placements. All the students would take internship courses in companies like Karpagam Hospital, Sneha Clinical Lab, Ramakrishna Hospital and ECT.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is most beautiful, and all facilities are available. Our department is in A block. Wi-Fi is also available. Labs are neat and clean and classrooms also very good. The college has 2 largest libraries of India. Hostel and food are good, but the canteen would be awesome. Sports and games are also available here.

Faculty: Faculty members in our college teach all of the subjects clearly. They are helpful in our future and also knowledgeable. The teaching quality was awesome. The course curriculum is relevant, and it makes the students industry-ready. The teaching quality is very good compared to other colleges.

Other: I have chosen this course as it is the most valuable and growing up in the industry. Bioline doesn't come down at any situation. The college should improve research work in our course.
